28/11/2025: Amazing pizza and the atmosphere of real Italy

20/11/2025: I hate to give one star, but it's for gluten allergies. We recently discovered that the fries are cooked in the same fryer as the breaded items. This was added recently; it wasn't like that before. It's 2025, and a chain as big as TRAMVAI is going backwards rather than forwards. I'm a celiac, and I know what it's like to no longer be able to eat something just because they decided to save on an extra fryer for gluten-free options. I'm giving one star because I can't give 0.

23/11/2025: Fried gnocchi: Spectacular! Pappardelle with ragù were splendid, cappellacci with porcini mushrooms were incredible, a parmesan cream tartlet was mouth-watering, polenta with porcini mushrooms brought back memories of camping in the mountains, and a fabulous beef tagliata! What can I say.... a well-deserved 5-star rating!

06/11/2025: A decidedly negative experience. We went, attracted by the set menu advertised the previous few days. Upon arrival, however, I discovered that the menu offered was for the previous evening and that there was a confusing distinction between the pizzeria restaurant and the hotel restaurant. We decided to stay anyway and order à la carte, choosing typical mountain dishes based on mushrooms. Unfortunately, the dining experience was disappointing: the tortelloni had an acidic filling, the tagliatelle arrived without mushroom sauce, and only after reporting the problem were they returned to the table with barely any sauce. The second course, pork cheek with mushroom head, was small in portions and underwhelming: three slices of meat, one mushroom head limp and tasteless, dry (€18). The service was poorly organized, with staff inattentive and not always available to handle requests. Considering the medium-high cost and the renowned mushroom tradition of these mountains, I would have expected much more in terms of quality, attention to detail, and customer transparency. I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone looking for authentic mountain home cooking or simply professionalism and transparency.

14/12/2025: A HORRIBLE and UNACCEPTABLE experience! After losing our order, instead of apologizing or trying to make amends, the owner treated us rudely and aggressively in front of all the other customers. This was absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. We will definitely never return and we absolutely do not recommend it.

04/12/2025: Try the tortellini and penne arrabbiata... a delicious pinsa. Willy, super top!

21/02/2026: Overall, the experience was okay, the staff were friendly, and the wait was short. The pizza was a little salty, some a little burned, and the gnocchi were cold. The desserts were okay, but the panna cotta needs a rethink.

10/12/2025: It's been years since I've had a coffee like this. I stumbled upon it by chance, and considering I drink roughly one coffee a day, I drank two in 20 minutes. The cup was warm (not boiling, because they keep the machine at the right temperature, not at maximum), the ground coffee was pressed by hand (so experience was needed), and water was offered in a shot before drinking the coffee. Really good.

26/11/2025: I have no idea how this place got 4.9 stars. We got takeout during our trip, and it was not good. The chicken was kinda gross - super thin, oily, and questionable.

15/02/2026: Terrible experience. We sat at the table at 8:40 pm, after half an hour of no waiter paying attention to us we asked for a menu and the only thing they brought us was water... we asked for the menu after another 15 minutes and they told us that there was an à la carte menu and that we would have to wait... to top it off at 9:40 pm we got up and on top of that we paid for water and the cover charge for a total of 9 euros for two people... not even worth paying!!

04/10/2025: The staff is delightful: you feel at home and at ease. The food is very good, and the chef has a passion that shines through in his dishes. Special mention goes to the ragù, the chocolate and dulce de leche cake, and the wine cellar, which isn't over-the-top but rather a niche selection. Well done!

20/09/2025: Nice place, well attended but poorly managed, owners or managers annoyed and quite rude, also after having dinner there we both felt sick all night, highly not recommended.... shame because the place is beautiful.
