15/08/2025: Terrible experience. It's a shame because the food was decent, although the gnocco fritto wasn't good at all. Furthermore, one of us asked for tortelloni with ragù (ragù is on the menu for tagliatelle) but was told it wasn't available. We looked around and the tortelloni with ragù arrived at the next table. Absurd.
Grandma's pasta dish didn't arrive, and the roast beef arrived almost with the coffee.
It's a shame; we had a good time last year, but I don't think we'll be back after this poor service.

17/09/2025: I've known the place for several years now, ever since they opened.
The guys have grown a lot over time, as has the quality of both their beers and their menu, which has recently shifted toward a more "American" approach, with grilled meats and barbecue, excellent and paired well with their craft beers.
The waitresses are also very kind and welcoming.

07/07/2025: I stop on rare occasions. First of all, it is a take-away pizzeria, but if you ask to sit down it becomes practicable. That said, always courteous, always a smile, fast and with a beautiful quality that warms your soul. I do not comment on the prices because every business has its costs and I think it is right to respect the request of those who put themselves at your service. Good pizza to everyone

21/09/2025: Three stars only for the tigelle, which are a bit dry and difficult to cut. But the gnocco fritto is exceptional—both the cured meats and cheeses are delicious.
Fair prices, especially for the lunch menus offered during the Philosophy Festival. A single menu is so generous it's enough for two.
The trifle is a bit too alcoholic.
Location right in the center, in the piazza.
27/08/2025: A lovely place in the square, with a well-maintained atmosphere and good service.
I only had a pinza during lunchtime; it was good but could be improved. The other dishes look very interesting.
Anyway, the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff is top-notch.
I imagine evenings are their highlight.

14/09/2025: Our host at B&B Ca'Ross (a very neat and clean B&B with a pool and a room with an en-suite bathroom) recommended the restaurant. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS. The best piece of meat I've had in a long time! Superb! The staff were very hospitable and friendly. We had finished our meal and were full. But we were given some small cookies/cakes, and after paying, my wife and I received a glass of limoncello melloncello. It was so good! 😱 That melloncello oooohh.

23/10/2025: The bar is nice, with two outdoor areas, but it almost feels like a nuisance when you go in the afternoon. The bartender doesn't smile and barely says hello. The prices are incredibly high for Castel d'Aiano. €1.50 for a croissant, a pre-baked one at that, seems excessive.
06/08/2025: It feels like being at home, kind and friendly both at 11.00 in the morning and in the afternoon, it reflects the relaxed atmosphere of the town, the furnishings are dated but very clean.
