02/05/2026: We had an aperitif with a gin and tonic and a spritz. They accompanied them with fried lasagne and flavored popcorn. Everything was delicious. The gin and tonic, in particular, was a ju gin... I highly recommend it. It had a citrus flavor (they told me it was a Japanese citrus fruit), really delicious. The price was really reasonable for what we got. Thanks to Paolo who served us... He was really nice.
26/04/2026: Highly recommended for an aperitif and a wonderful evening with friends. They also rent out the room for events and birthday parties.

22/12/2025: Given that I know Bavaria and Munich very well, I didn't have high expectations; nevertheless, the "tasteless Spatzle glue" immersed in an unclassifiable broth exceeded my pessimistic expectations. The cuisine is beyond reproach.

13/04/2026: If you want to eat something typical of Modena, go here. Excellent value, very friendly staff, very quiet and informal place. Parking is limited, but it's still available.
We had a great time.
Gluten-free options are available with ample reservations.

30/11/2025: Excellent staff. I went last night and I was 5 euros short on the bill, and they were kind enough to deduct 5 euros! Super friendly staff, highly recommended! And then my son was being bullied outside by three kids, the staff stepped in and helped him! I owe you a big hug, thank you so much. I respect you so much, I don't know what to do in return! You helped me out twice! Best place I've ever had, welcoming atmosphere, and the food is great here, the quality is top-notch and the price is excellent and fair.
You're really good people, and it shows.

27/12/2025: Unfortunately, the food was so-so and we paid too much for what we got.
The people were very kind, but the quality/price ratio was absolutely poor.
We won't be back, and we certainly won't recommend it—a shame. Because some of the food was good, and the people who looked after us were really kind.

10/12/2025: It's been years since I've had a coffee like this.
I stumbled upon it by chance, and considering I drink roughly one coffee a day, I drank two in 20 minutes.
The cup was warm (not boiling, because they keep the machine at the right temperature, not at maximum), the ground coffee was pressed by hand (so experience was needed), and water was offered in a shot before drinking the coffee.
Really good.

09/01/2026: A mountain hotel that's a bit dated but well-maintained and clean.
It has everything you need. The breakfast is good and plentiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent for skiing in Abetone or Le Polle/Cimone, or for visiting Lago Santo and Giovo, or the nearby village of Fiumalbo.
05/01/2026: The price isn't commensurate with the property...too high!
The room, for a double, was rather small, as was the shower... We couldn't get any hot water, even though we ran it; it remained lukewarm... Excellent cleanliness...
The breakfast was good, but with limited selection.
The location was good for going to Fiumalbo.
The owners were very friendly and kind.
Overall, however, if I were to return, I would stay here again, hoping for a slightly larger room.
