28/09/2025: I ordered an ice cream cake for my son's birthday. I mentioned the allergies of the people at the party, including my niece, who is allergic to eggs! The cake had a sponge cake base (so made with eggs). I called the ice cream shop for clarification. They told me it was the only way to make it and that I could give my niece the top part of the cake without giving her the base. I think more care is needed, since the allergy was specified! I don't think these things should be taken lightly, as it could have turned into a tragedy. I'd definitely avoid going back! We even went there in person, and the owner denied that we mentioned the allergies! Absurd.

28/09/2025: We purchased a birthday cake here, having promptly reported the food allergies of the children attending the party (egg allergies). The cake delivered to us had a sponge cake base with eggs... We reported the problem to the owner, who suggested we cut off the bottom to solve the problem. ---------- My husband went to the ice cream shop after the review, and the owner apologized for what happened. Then the owner wrote this response to my previous review, prompting me to question the communication difficulties when requesting a cake for children with food allergies (a request made well in advance when ordering, as he confirmed during the conversation at the ice cream shop). When a request can't be accommodated, simply refuse the order. I don't think there's anything else to add. There needs to be more awareness about food allergies, especially on the part of food service providers. To err is human, but not admitting it is simply unprofessional, in my opinion. Thank you

10/01/2026: Fresh seafood restaurant with beautifully presented dishes. Pleasant atmosphere and friendly service.

30/12/2025: The food was good, as was the service. It's a shame they put us (12 of us) in a room with another table of about 20 (not kids, but older people) who didn't know any manners. Shouting, loud laughter, and to top it off, a bingo game with the microphone turned up full blast. No one from the staff intervened. Conclusion: a ruined evening.

19/11/2025: Excellent rotisserie in the city center. The rotisserie chicken is delicious, but all the food is excellent. Lots of products and top-quality throughout.

04/12/2025: I've been there twice.... The first time for dinner for pizza, very good 👌 and the second time for lunch... (business lunch). I have to say: on both occasions I paid the right price... and I ate well.... Logically I can't expect elaborate or high-quality food.... 🙆 ... but the fair price... makes up for it all. I'll definitely be back again if I'm in the area...👋👋

25/12/2025: Awful Christmas lunch. All the dishes were cold, and the menu was, to say the least, subpar for a holiday. Tortellini in broth (the only good thing) were cold, risotto cold and tasteless, lasagna without sauce, just plain old flaky pasta. For the main course, a tomino cheese served on a gram of spinach, obviously cold. Portions were served with measuring cups. The only pleasant things were the waiter, a friendly and helpful gentleman, and another waitress named Simona. Out of 11 people, only 5 ordered coffee and grappa; they asked to pay for the grappa separately, which is unheard of for a set menu, considering we didn't drink much wine or make any special requests. Not to mention the cold in the dining room. Will we be back? Definitely not.

20/12/2025: Family dinner. Very welcoming atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff, and superb food.

02/10/2025: The barista was more focused on talking on the phone than making the coffee, so instead of making the coffee as requested, she preferred to pour it from the cup into a glass. Unprofessional behavior.
