The quality of the pizza has remained consistent over time, a sign of great attention to detail and professionalism. For some time now, you can also enjoy Neapolitan pizza dough (by reservation), and I must say it's just as good as the classic version. Both versions are truly delicious. The atmosphere is rustic and perhaps a little dated, but Paolo, the waiter, always manages to make you feel at home: he's welcoming, attentive, and ready to put you at ease.
