25/11/2024: from 5 stars to a little less, unfortunately the pizza hasn't been the same for some time, the dough has changed... plus unfortunately I also found the toppings more abundant. . If I'm a customer I order 7-8 pizzas, and they're all similar.. it's not even good advertising, I prefer to spend a little more, the pizza must be well stuffed.. but this doesn't mean anything that they can't change in the future

24/10/2024: I purchased some pizzas and portions of chips to take away... once the pizzas were baked I had to wait 10 minutes because the chips weren't ready! (When it comes to takeaway you have to deliver the orders at the same time!!!!) In fact the sales assistant and the pizza chef looked at each other as if to say: but didn't you understand that you had to fry the chips? In the end they were full of oil for the simple reason: if the fryer doesn't reach its temperature everything you fry will never be dry but super oily and soft!!!! Really impossible to make eat!!!! Not very clean place...!!! A tip for preparing pizza: La Capricciosa: use fresh champignon mushrooms and not sautéed canned ones!!!! Not to mention the dough.... biscuity!!!! So zero leavening!!! 1st and last purchase of mine 😊

Prezzo disallineato alla qualità del cibo, oltretutto pagare 15 euro una bottiglietta piccola di vino perché il locale non da un calice di vino è una vera e propria rapina. Mai. Più !

04/01/2025: We divided tortellini in broth (excellent hot broth suitable for a cold foggy day) and a traditional dish. All good, quick service and fair bill. There is no bread at the table but only breadsticks, but on the other hand our second course arrived with two tigelle and four fried gnocchi. It seemed to me that the restaurant is mainly frequented by tourists.

03/01/2025: Service absolutely not up to the quality of the food, which it really deserved. We ordered starter, first course and second course: starter and first course arrived together, making us eat in a hurry without enjoying the meal. 16/12/2024: Nothing to say about the quality of the tigelle at Dispensa Emilia (I usually go to the Carpi location) but I can't say the same about the staff and the quality of service at the one at Portali. I've been there twice in the space of a couple of weeks this month and the second time (takeaway) confirmed the impression of the first (where I ate sitting down). At the checkout there is a lot of hustle and bustle and the lady (I think the manager) is always arguing with the employees in front of the customers; the feeling you get is of disorganization and little cohesion among the staff. The first time I thought it was a bad day, as can happen in any workplace, but when after 10 days I witnessed the same scenes I changed my mind. The first time I was served and they took away the "look for me" sign when my coffee had yet to arrive. The second time I took a basket of tasty treats to take away and one type of filling was missing while another was present twice (even if it wasn't the one I liked least on purpose). All this while there are always reproaches and problems behind the counter. . I recommend improving this aspect because, despite being a place of passage, it makes you lose a lot

06/01/2025: I don't think I've ever left a review before. But I have to say that this place really deserves it. We ordered 3 pizzas, which were given to us with extra dough balls and some excellent pizza dough biscuits with Nutella. Really excellent, I will recommend all my friends to go there! Let me tell you a story. Some time ago (Yesterday from the date of the review), a group of guys (3) were looking for a place where they could feed themselves at midnight, and unfortunately the other shops had already been closed for some time, given that few live the life of a vampire. So, lost and hungry, they wandered around the lower Modena area, relying on Google Maps. But pizzeria after pizzeria, and kebab shop after kebab shop, were all closed. In the end, almost without hope, they entered a pizzeria in Sassuolo, which seemed to be open. And there they ordered 3 pizzas. These were some of the best pizzas they had ever eaten, and the owner, out of the goodness of his heart, also gave them some biscuits made with pizza dough and Nutella (Yummy). So, our 3 heroes were able to go home and eat, then going to sleep peaceful dreams with full bellies.
