The fried gnocco and tigelle are top-notch, paired with any cold cuts you like. Everything tastes good, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back! Another plus: it's close to the highway.

From the outside, it might seem like a somewhat modern, anonymous trattoria, but when you enter, you breathe in the air of Emilia Romagna: out-of-this-world tortellini in broth, which fortunately they also make for takeout, pumpkin ravioli and more depending on the season, tigelle and fried gnocco—impossible not to try them with prosciutto or the amazing cold cuts with lard or stracchino cheese and a host of other things, all delicious. Highly recommended, and the prices are also super fair. Even if you don't pass by, it's worth a visit, guaranteed.

It doesn't look like a trattoria, but the food is excellent. The directions to the entrance could be better: for non-locals, even with Maps, it's a bit difficult to find the right street.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming in this trattoria!! The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to offer advice on the dishes to choose. The menu showcases Emilian tradition: fresh pasta, gnocco, and tigelle with truly excellent cured meats and cheeses. The selection of local wines is excellent. Fair value for money.

15/05/2026: The food is excellent, especially some of the dishes, which are sophisticated and well-crafted; it's a shame the service from the wait staff is unprofessional. A few more words about the dishes' descriptions and more careful table management would have been appreciated (water often ran out without the waiters realizing it). While clearing the table, cutlery fell several times, among other small distractions you don't expect in some places. Overall, I'm happy I tried it; I certainly ate well, but I don't think I'll be back.
02/05/2026: This restaurant is definitely recommended for those traveling to the Emilia region. The classic course, which brings Emilia's traditional cuisine to its highest level of perfection, allows you to experience the amazingly straightforward deliciousness.

02/03/2026: Welcoming atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff. We stayed for a weekend with our three-year-old and felt very comfortable, like at home. The restaurant was also excellent, run efficiently and with a friendly atmosphere.
01/02/2026: I've been to the Sciatori restaurant several times. The place is clean, spacious, and bright thanks to the windows overlooking the surrounding landscape. The food is authentic, home-made, carefully prepared, and offers a wide variety! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always available! Recommended before or after a nice hike or ski trip to Sant'Anna! Happy skiing, everyone!
