This evening I tried this restaurant pizzeria, based on a recommendation from Google in the area, and I have to say I'm very satisfied with everything. The place, the food, the kitchen, the oven, and the pizza. I had a spaghetti with garlic, oil, and chili pepper, which wasn't on the menu, but here they've accepted 5 stars. Then the spaghetti was cooked perfectly, seasoned to perfection, spicy to the point. Guys, there are few places where I've been able to write this about these spaghetti. Moving on to the second course, I had a pizza capricciosa. It didn't fit on the plate, but above all, it was good. Wood-fired, not burned, medium edges, very thin pizza topped with good ingredients. It had everything, and the mozzarella seemed to me to be mozzarella Vaccina, not the usual mozzarella dough. Price was less than 30 euros for a single, including bottled water, draft beer, and coffee. Quick service even though the place was almost full. I'm not being paid for this review, even if it seems exaggerated, but when a chef prepares spaghetti in this difficult way, I assure you, it deserves to be promoted in the field. Next time I'll try the spaghetti with clams, another dish that is easy to make if you don't know how to cook. Congratulations!
