11/01/2026: I went there for dinner. The place is very nice. We ordered: -1 Cristina pizza -1 Sicilian pizza -2 medium beers -1 chocolate tenerino (a kind of warm chocolate heart, but cake-like) served with mascarpone cream with chocolate chips. -1 mascarpone cream with chocolate chips. The pizzas are fresh, perfectly cooked, and definitely large. In total, we spent €40 for two. I gave it 4 stars because of the very long wait, but I have to say it's absolutely worth it; I highly recommend it.

09/01/2026: A mountain hotel that's a bit dated but well-maintained and clean. It has everything you need. The breakfast is good and plentiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent for skiing in Abetone or Le Polle/Cimone, or for visiting Lago Santo and Giovo, or the nearby village of Fiumalbo.

05/01/2026: The price isn't commensurate with the property...too high! The room, for a double, was rather small, as was the shower... We couldn't get any hot water, even though we ran it; it remained lukewarm... Excellent cleanliness... The breakfast was good, but with limited selection. The location was good for going to Fiumalbo. The owners were very friendly and kind. Overall, however, if I were to return, I would stay here again, hoping for a slightly larger room.

09/10/2025: Wonderful artisanal piadina, spotlessly clean, and incredibly friendly owners! It's a pleasant place, although it wouldn't take much to make it even more welcoming and warm. Overall, highly recommended!

20/03/2026: A very curious restaurant, starting with the signs and the various grammatical errors made public as if nothing had happened. The owner is a Chinese girl who understands half of what you say but manages to accommodate every request. They don't have gluten-free soy sauce, but if you let them know, they bring your dishes without it and are careful about contamination. Many items on the menu are not edible, but other dishes are very good. Cleanliness is good, tables are well-set with double tablecloths and cotton napkins. Three glasses per place setting. It was almost full during the week, I can't even imagine the weekend. I'll leave you with a few photos for a laugh; go there!

08/11/2025: I always order pizza delivery. For me, it's the best in Carpi: excellent dough, consistently good ingredients, and easy to digest. The prices are very reasonable. Delivery is incredibly fast.

21/02/2026: The food was good, the atmosphere was welcoming, but the service was atrocious. My workmates and I tried to book, but the line was unavailable, and when we showed up in person, everything was already booked. However, during the next two and a half hours we waited outside in the cold, we saw tables that weren't filled even once. This was made worse by the false promise that if a table became available, they'd let us in. This was compounded by a rude and aggressive attitude, which discouraged us from returning. This makes this place beautiful, but truly difficult to experience, given that the staff and owners abuse their monopoly on the pubs they own to ignore people who are just looking to have a good time. Highly not recommended.

01/01/2026: Company dinner with a pre-arranged menu. The tigelle with gnocco were excellent. I didn't find any flavor punch in the traditional first courses. I think you could be more adventurous.

20/12/2025: Restaurant La Corte (English) Restaurant La Corte is a cozy and welcoming place with friendly service and well‑prepared dishes. The food is fresh, the portions are good, and the prices are reasonable. A nice spot for a simple, enjoyable meal.

14/01/2026: Mediocre. We didn't have a bad meal, but the service was both intrusive and distracted, and they sold mediocre food as the best in the area. However, it's a good value, and you won't spend a lot.

23/09/2025: Incredible food, superb first courses, the gorgonzola and walnut gnocchi and fresh mushroom tagliatelle are the best, the meat is excellent, the truffle tagliata is something truly special, highly recommended!

17/10/2025: A village bar offering a lunch menu with 2-3 choices during the festival. The tigelle are very good, but seating is limited. Service is a bit slow due to the unusual crowds compared to non-festival days.

05/03/2026: Located outside the city center in an industrial area. The place is very spacious, which helps keep things quiet when it's busy. The variety of burgers and meats is very interesting. I had fried gorgonzola as an appetizer and the most substantial dish on their menu (a smash burger and sausage). Each burger comes with fries. The beer is brewed on site (you can see the silos at the back of the place), and I really enjoyed it. Prices are reasonable; I expected a little more considering the quantity. We'll definitely be back.

10/02/2026: Had a great time at Bear Belly! The beers they make themselves are honestly top-notch, you can really taste the quality. Food was spot on too — the burgers were juicy, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly. The place has such a good vibe and the staff are lovely, which just makes the whole experience even better. Definitely one of my favourite pubs, will 100% be back.
