We start with appetizers: donut of parmesan cream, appetizer of mortadella and one of pumpkin, finishing with cuttlefish hamburger.
Fried snail appetizer, first course tortellini lies with mussels and second course suspended duck. Finally fried dumpling with dessert and chocolate tastes.

The cuisine is very good and refined. The atmosphere is a little too cold for my taste.
The service and energy of the staff should be reviewed according to my expectations of a starred restaurant. In my opinion, there is room for improvement in terms of service.

A one-starred Michelin restaurant that deserves AT LEAST one more star. This restaurant exceeded our high expectations. Not going to go into great detail. We had the ten course tasting menu and it was MAGNIFICENT! Portions were such that there was NOT too much food. My wife does not eat great quantities of food but was very comfortable with the amount of food we had. Not saying it was cheap but this place shouldn’t be. We have paid far more and gotten less at some other places. If you love imaginative cooking, just GO! Fantastic!

Nice dinner for my boyfriend's birthday. The food was good, but being used to starred restaurants in our city (Alba), we expected a more distinctive touch. We chose to pair the glass with the menu and the somewhat banal wine selection influenced our experience. Overall, a satisfying experience, but with room for improvement.

Beautiful place, young staff and they make you really comfortable. I have informed the chef that I was allergic and he changed the original menu for me.

Une cuisine épurée d’un chef étoilé ayant fait ses armes en France.
Les spécialités locales sont brillamment revisitées.
Très belle carte des vins qui peut atteindre les sommets et excellents conseils du sommelier.

We spent a very pleasant evening. We chose the reduced tasting menu (20 years), with wine pairing. The food was excellent, and service pleasant and friendly yet formal.
