As for reviews in general, they are never fake; there's always someone writing! Need more information for such a high review?

14/09/2025: I had booked a reservation for 4 ppl, outside, for 7:45. We showed up 5 minutes early and were told it would be just a few minutes while they cleared a table. At 8:15, I checked in at the hostess stand because it had been way more than the few minutes we had been quoted and our name had not been called nor had we received any update. At 8;15, we were told that it would be just a few more minutes. At 8:30 they called us and said they would not have an available table outside anytime soon but could seat us inside. The table they showed us to was upstairs next to a large, screaming bachelorette/rehearsal dinner. We declined as it was impossible to even have a conversation and they immediately cancelled our reservation on their end. I asked to speak to a manager as we had been waiting for almost an hour at this point and did not want to have our reservation cancelled, especially because they were clearing tables outside. We were told he was busy. We left and went to Mercato which was by far the best call as they had excellent food and great service. We understand that things happen and even reservations can be delayed, but if the staff had better communicated with us the timeline or simply even apologized, we would have understood.

14/09/2025: Delicious pasta, romantic atmosphere, excellent service. We had the squid ink spaghetti and tortelloni and they were both very good. Liked their wine too.

19/07/2025: One of my favorite restaurants in the Modena Apennines, with the flavor of an old-fashioned osteria. The menu is limited but with great attention to quality. Definitely try the tortelloni and the tagliata with vegetable salad. Attentive and fast service. Wheelchair access is difficult. Reservations are highly recommended. 26/09/2025: My boyfriend and I ordered gnocco fritto to start, followed by lasagna and tortellini with parmesan cream. The gnocco with prosciutto was sensational; it was soft and not heavy even when fried. The homemade tortellini were super fresh, and the parmesan cream paired perfectly. The lasagna also tasted just like homemade. For dessert, we had the generic version with mascarpone, which, needless to say, was delicious, just the right amount of sweetness, and you could taste the fresh, handmade mascarpone. Everything was perfect, even the staff was friendly and helpful!

12/08/2025: The kitchen is extremely slow and always busy, and the friendly waiters are unfortunately left empty-handed. The food is far below expectations.

12/09/2025: I hadn't been back to this pizzeria in a while, but as always, the deviled sausage with excellent gnocchi was delicious. And to think, it's only been 60 years since I first went to this pizzeria. Management has changed, but everyone's still good.
