12/11/2024: Excellent restaurant in the Acquaria area, from Pavullo nel Frignano follow signs for Sestola, pass Olina and then go back up. It's worth it. Excellent tortelloni and macaroni al comb with pigeon sauce. The tartare appetizers were good. Gnocco and tigelle are also good. Very fair prices, worth trying

22/10/2024: Pizza dough is really tasty and well baked. The toppings combination quite attractive. I also liked the choice of beers (non-filtered among others).

03/09/2024: Aug 24: clean and welcoming room, perfectly equipped and very well finished bathroom. The dinner also lived up to the hype. Two small notes, which however did not prevent me from leaving 5 stars everywhere: I would have included something savory in the breakfast (two cured meats and two boiled eggs are enough) and the external perimeter of the structure could be "cleaned" better (tall grass and a bit of disorder). Having said that I will definitely go back, we had a really good time. Adequate cost

28/07/2024: A fantastic restaurant perched on the side of a hill with a breathtaking. The food was typical fresh and delicious local dishes. We had a set lunch menu and for 2 adults plus 2 teenagers we spent only 60€ (soft drinks only, as was driving). The owner and staff were super helpful considering my lack of Italian and their lack of English. I highly recommend that you search this place out if you're in the area.

06/12/2024: Siamo due famiglie con entrambe una bimba a seguito. Abbiamo cenato con i giubbotti addosso, perché privo di riscaldamento ( la signora ci dice che quando c'è vento i riscaldamenti non funzionano!!!). Sembrava di stare in una casa di matti! Chiediamo un menù,ma la signora ci dice molto scocciata ed in maniera arrogante che ci sono solo tagliatelle o tortelloni ( il fatto di non presentare un menù con i prezzi è perseguibile penalmente). Prendiamo un bis di primi ( i 4 adulti) ed un piatto di tagliatelle ciascuno per le bimbe. Come secondo aveva SOLO Gnocco e tigelle .LO PRENDIAMO solo per DUE persone, acqua in bottiglia di plastica già aperta,due bottiglie di Sangiovese e una Coca-Cola. Arriviamo alla cassa per pagare e la signora ci dice 84 euro a famiglia ( 28€ a testa) . Pazzesco. Dopo alcune lamentele,ci dice che per le bimbe ci fa 20€( una tagliatella al ragù e un bicchiere di Coca-Cola!!!) . Ho rivissuto il vecchio film " Un tranquillo weekend di paura". Recensione prettamente negativa. A mai più!

30/09/2024: First time I visited a real Italian pizzeria. Delicious Partenopea pizza for 8 euros. Delicious, thin and at the same time fluffy dough. Lots of stretchy cheese and delicious cherry tomatoes. Friendly staff and visitors)

05/12/2024: Pizza evenings in Modena at the Grottino. The restaurant is divided between the possibility of a large outdoor terrace and the usual inside. The staff are truly welcoming and kind, like true friends. This time we ate pizza which is always a very good guarantee, but other times we had fish dinners and I must say that was also good. You have to book or wait because it's always full. Highly recommended +++

16/11/2024: Terrible experience, I would have given ZERO stars. Even though I'm a regular customer because I live nearby, I'm done with this place for good tonight. At 6.30pm I order the pizzas and a takeaway to collect them at 8pm. I arrive at 7.58pm and I am given the fried food but not the pizzas. I ask and request a thousand times for pizzas and nothing. I wait, I see people like me coming in ordering takeaway and leaving with pizzas.... I was still there waiting in front of the register with the fried food in my hand and after 25 minutes of waiting I asked for some pizzas and they told me "they're coming out" but nothing came out. At which point I was about to leave and I rightly said that I was leaving and that the fried food was now cold and disgusting. After 28 minutes of waiting the famous pizzas arrive! When I got home the fried food was disgusting, cold (the fried pizza from the fried food was inedible). I'm sorry because I understand that an inconvenience could happen but at least either you warn me that there is a delay and give me everything together afterwards, so I receive everything hot or you come to my aid in some way by redoing the fried food, instead no one apologized and no one who was tactful... but instead they make fun of you (after you complain out loud) telling you have a good evening as if nothing had happened. Never again! Too bad because I used to go often but this is not the way to behave!

10/12/2024: Avevamo concordato un menu per adulti e bambini, è stato tutto rispettato e superato nelle attese. Massima cortesia delle ragazze che servivano con la massima pazienza e professionalità. Pazienza anzi, oltre misura! Alla fine i più piccoli (sotto 11 anni) non hanno neppure pagato. Eravamo oltre 30.

03/12/2024: We were there for the first time on Sunday 2nd December. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff. The waitress is very cute and smiling. The girl who gave us the bill was very nice. We adults ordered a menu and the three children a first course, the girl preferred not to charge us for the children's first course. You can't find anyone who does this anymore. Precisely because of his friendliness we will certainly return with other friends to make the place known... of course... we don't expect him to pay homage to us again. We thank you so much. 11/08/2024: Oggi eravamo a Sestola verso l'ora di pranzo e abbiamo trovato posto per puro caso in questo ristorante (che era pressoché pieno). Abbiamo mangiato un antipasto di culatello, grana e aceto balsamico, un risotto venere al radicchio e guanciale croccante, tagliatelle al ragù di lepre e una mousse al cioccolato e nocciola. Ogni piatto è stato delizioso, il servizio cortese, veloce ed il conto adeguato. Da ritornarci!

29/07/2024: Cordialità e buon cibo sono garantiti. Ho pranzato insieme ad un amico in questo ristorante e entrambi siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Ci ha accolto un signore gentilissimo che in modo molto simpatico ha anche scambiato con noi due chiacchere a fine pranzo; anche il resto dello staff è stato molto gentile. Lo stracotto di agnello è buonissimo, assolutamente da ordinare. Il gelato alla crema con aceto balsamico (insolito per me) è un ottimo fine pasto che mi ha sorpreso. Prezzi regolari. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante.
