29/09/2025: Ricco's Antica Trattoria is a historic trattoria that offers typical Modenese cuisine. We had a half-liter of wine and still water, followed by a grilled meat with potatoes, which was good and also abundant with potatoes as a side dish, a delicious tortellone with butter and sage, very good cod fritters, and finally a tasty panna cotta. We had 2 coffees for a total bill of €56, which I consider fair. Very friendly staff.

12/09/2025: The location is clean, but dated. The food is excellent, with traditional dishes. The service is terrible. Prices are in line with other restaurants in the area.

31/08/2025: Nestled among the pine trees in the center of town, this lovely kiosk offers plenty of seating and a cool spot to enjoy the summer evenings. It's a great place for young people to meet up, while children are advised to arrive before 9 p.m., as the town offers rides within the pine forest.

15/06/2025: Ottimo locale che propone una cucina di montagna rivisitata in maniera non banale, con qualche spezia e condimento di tipo orientale. Porzioni robuste e servizio gentile. Interessante qualificare i 2 euro per il cestino del pane e la caraffa di acqua, alimenti base che giustificano degnamente l'abitudine solo italiana del coperto.

18/05/2025: Una giovane e amabilissima coppia toscana ha attraversato il crinale appenninico scegliendo la Valle delle Tagliole, smagliante di verde, per metter su casa e bottega. E che bottega! Un locale delizioso, dotato anche di diverse camere per trascorrervi la notte del dopocena o programmare escursioni negli incantevoli dintorni. Già, ma parliamo della cena: primi sfiziosi, amorevolmente elaborati 'in casa', carni sontuose, dagli stracotti (compreso l'imperdibile Peposo) ad una fiorentina di rara golosità. La carta dei vini propone etichette intriganti, con qualche sorprendente e curiosa rarità, come i vini d'alta quota della vicina "Terra dei lontani". E non è un ossimoro. Una vera perla, insomma, a prezzi correttissimi.

15/11/2025: This restaurant, now in its third generation, is still run by the same family. The very kind lady serving us seated us even though the kitchen was closing. We enjoyed an excellent mixed roast for two with side dishes at a truly excellent price. We discovered a gem in the heart of the Apennines; we hope to have the opportunity to return.

30/10/2025: The agriturismo is located near the Salse di Nirano hills. The restaurant is a carefully renovated stable. Open on weekdays by request (it seats approximately 45 people) it offers a truly delicious set menu at a very reasonable price, around €30. The appetizer is stewed pasta and polenta, followed by two first courses: tortelloni with butter and sage and tagliatelle with ragù. Then there's braised beef and sliced ​​steak. To finish, a homemade tart, liqueurs, and coffee. Water and wine are included. The food is excellent; the meat melts in your mouth, and the pasta is strictly homemade. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the owner is a lovely person who would make anyone feel at ease. A truly recommended place from another era, where you can eat well, spend little, and share the experience with the owners.

01/11/2025: We stayed at Agriturismo Cacciatori and I can say it was a real discovery!! The food is fantastic, with dishes like stew, fried gnocco, and tigelle that are simply delicious. The fresh pasta is homemade with love, and you can taste the difference. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The place is charming and peaceful, perfect for a romantic dinner or an evening with friends. I highly recommend trying this agriturismo, you won't regret it!

26/11/2025: Highly recommended!! The welcome was wonderful, the service was excellent, and the food was amazing! From the appetizer to the main course to the dessert, it was fantastic. The design is beautiful and very fitting. For me, this is the best restaurant I've ever been to.

14/11/2025: I returned after a few years because I moved. The menu is almost the same and the quality is quite good. The parrilada meat is of medium-high quality. The diaphragm was very good and cooked perfectly. A very pleasant surprise, however, were the various side dishes and the fresh, flavorful, and bold entrees. The tables are perhaps a little crowded together, but that's part of the Argentinean atmosphere. It's better midweek perhaps if you want a quieter experience. However, it's probably the best in Modena.

She explained all the options to us, and we were off and running. 🏎️ The instructor (whose name I unfortunately can't remember) was a genius! Everyone was super friendly. 21/08/2025: Booked with pit lane whilst in Italy they were very quick to respond after booking and easy to deal with. I went out for 30 minutes in a 458 spider with my guide Fabio who was great he was very easy to talk to and made me comfortable straight away. If your wanting to open it up and feel the full power of these cars I would recommend 30 minutes or more as really get to let it rip then. I just wish I went longer lol

25/08/2025: Varoni Bakery is a guarantee for those who work morning or night shifts. Walk in and find a counter overflowing with every type of rising bread, with or without toppings, pastries, etc. It's hard to find other bakeries with such service. The owner and his assistant are excellent and very kind. The girl at the counter is very friendly, cheerful, and very polite, and knows how to treat customers. The best in the area.

26/06/2025: We stopped in this bakery and bought the spianata (I don't know exactly how they call it here), the fried gnocco and the sfogliatine alla marmellata. Everything was delicious! The girl who served us was very kind. It will be our favorite bakery when we pass by those parts.
