10/04/2026: La Chersenta is a well-known tigelleria in the center of Modena, right across from the Albinelli Market. It specializes in stuffed crescentine/tigelle (savory or sweet). The tigelle/crescentine are delicious, tasty, crispy, and well-filled. The atmosphere is welcoming, but seating is limited. There is, however, outdoor seating. I'd like to point out the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. 🫶🏻🥪
