25/01/2026: Unfortunately, I expected a lot, but... The appetizer was very good, but you can't call a dish you practically serve with a spoon a risotto. Plus, it was very salty, almost edible. The desserts were nothing special.
The most unpleasant thing about the menu is the lack of an allergen list; in 2026, that's unthinkable.

The products are all high-quality, and there's a wide variety of choices, including gluten-free options.
The price was good for what we ate.

12/02/2026: A renowned specialized grill restaurant with a diverse selection of meats. Excellent, friendly, and helpful service. They also offer a whiskey fat wash flavored with grilled meat. Definitely worth a try! The price for a 1kg Florentine steak is reasonable.

We had a wonderful dinner with their traditional dishes, served by extremely courteous and knowledgeable staff.

The staff are very friendly, the environment is clean, and they pay attention to every detail (bathroom with toiletries, toothbrush kit, deodorant/perfume).
The food is truly sophisticated in its combinations, yet still has home-style flavors.

11/01/2026: The staff were very attentive and friendly. Everything we ate was delicious. They roast their own coffee beans. We drank incredibly tasty coffee. I highly recommend it if you're in Bologna and want to grab a delicious bite to eat.

It's nice that the coffee is made in-house, but unfortunately the quality doesn't live up to expectations: the coffee was truly undrinkable. It would be fine for tourists or foreigners, and indeed, there were plenty of them.
As good as the croissant was, the price of €3.50 seems completely disproportionate. A little more attention to flavor and a lower price would make the experience much better.
