10/02/2025: La voglia di crescentine fritte mi ha riportato qui dopo diversi anni e non lo ricordavo come l’ho ritrovato. Tavolo assegnatomi troppo esposto al passaggio della clientela della sala grande subito a sinistra con ingresso vicino alla cassa, tempi di attesa esagerati e camerieri disorganizzati e poco attenti. Cenare con un andirivieni continuo che ti struscia il tavolo in un ambiente caotico, nel quale evidentemente in fondo ci sono gli unici servizi igienici del locale, ed ecco spiegato in parte l’andirivieni, generato anche dalle numerose tavolate con bambini, che ovviamente faticano a restare seduti per tutto l’arco della cena. Il cibo che ho mangiato era buono ma nulla di particolare, prezzi medi-bassi, ma non è un locale giusto per cenare in tranquillità.

28/12/2024: Cacciati 15 minuti prima della chiusura in malo modo dai camerieri. Hanno spento le luci di tutto il locale mentre stavamo ancora finendo di consumare. Maleducati e con poca grazia, avevano più fretta di chiudere che di farci mettere il giubbotto addosso. Ultima volta che ci vedono li dentro.

16/01/2025: 52 euro per un tagliere di salumi ( di cui metà era mortadella e salame tagliato fine ) , un bicchiere di vino e una birra … al momento del conto pensavo ci fosse stato un errore .. invece i prezzi erano proprio quelli !! Peccato , non fosse stato per il conto folle saremmo tornati volentieri.. ma con 52 € preferiamo una cena completa al ristorante !

05/01/2025: Ho chiesto due caffè e ne è stato servito solo uno, faccio presente che sono due, mi risponde la barista, poco gentilmente, che ne avevo chiesto solo uno. Il vero motivo della valutazione è il fatto che entrambi i caffè erano pessimi, solamente acqua, dubito ci fosse davvero del caffè.

02/09/2024: Not very seriously we called to have the pizzas delivered at 8.00pm and at 10.00pm there was no trace of the pizzas, after having also called them back several times and they continued to reply that they had already left (so they were also making fun of us) in the end we felt cheated and we canceled because it was now 10pm and with a table of 6 people we had to put on the piadina at 10pm after we had called them from 8pm. It wasn't the first time I called them, I had also called them some time ago and even then they had arrived late and on top of that the pizza was burnt, okay I got over it and said it could happen but with this time I will never trust them again They.

01/09/2024: I'm calling to order 6 squares for home delivery I am told they will be delivered at 8.50pm At 9.30pm the pizzas still haven't arrived, we call to find out how they were, they apologize for the delay (due to the square being closed) and we are told that they are in the oven and that they will arrive in 10 minutes (with beer included). 10pm of pizzas No trace. Thank you for the pain you gave us... but given the previous reviews we weren't stupid Customers are not treated this way, we will definitely not return again

22/02/2025: Classico locale della diffusissima catena Old Wild West. Situato di fronte al Castel Guelfo Outlet, dispone di ampio parcheggio. Il menù è sempre lo stesso in tutti i locali. Devo dire che comunque i piatti sono arrivati caldi. Personale cortese e servizio nei tempi giusti.

16/02/2025: Ci siamo fermati oggi dopo una partita di calcio: dopo un po’ di attesa, nemmeno troppa visto che era domenica, ci hanno fatto sedere in 3 in un posto un po’ sacrificato da due ma pazienza; abbastanza rapidamente ci hanno preso l’ordinazione e sempre abbastanza velocemente sono arrivati i 3 hamburger; gli hamburger ormai sono sempre più piccoli e anche le dosi delle patate calano continuamente, ormai è come andare in altre note catene sicuramente meno care, anni addietro Old Wild West era più costoso ma con un livello qualitativo sicuramente più alto, ora è solo più caro e basta e questo l’ho riscontrato in diversi locali. Oggi il panino di nostro figlio è arrivato con hamburger cotti al momento e belli caldi, quello mio e di mio marito avevano delle suole di carne secca e appena tiepida, chissà da quanto tempo erano fermi lì… anche le patate erano appena tiepide. Locale sporco e poco curato: c’erano tre dita di polvere e ragnatele su tutti gli arredi. Alla cassa, se non altro, dietro le mie lamentele hanno applicato un 10% di sconto.

16/08/2024: Negative experience due to the lady owner. I immediately had the feeling of being treated as if I were bothering the owner. I order a cappuccino, too small, even for Italian standards, €2.50, never paid like that. I drink it and, with the intention of staying and buying more food and water, I finish the bottle I had brought in my backpack. The owner, who was watching me from behind the glass, rushes to the table and says "I ask you a favor, make that bottle disappear" and leaves. Disturbed, I get up without saying anything and ask the waiter/bartender to pay at the register. I am told to give the money directly to the lady at the bar counter (doesn't she even trust her bartender?). Furthermore, the place was dark, with old and bare furniture. I feel sorry for the bartender, a guy in his 30s who asked the owner to confirm everything, visibly not at ease.

13/08/2024: The ice cream seller didn't give half a smile during the service, she seemed annoyed to have people in the place. I ordered a cup with chocolate and stracciatella, I said chocolate first, then stracciatella, and instead the ice cream maker decided to swap them, putting stracciatella first and then chocolate, which I can't stand; I wonder what's so difficult about putting the flavors in the required order. The ice cream was not very tasty, prices too high for the ice cream they sell.

03/08/2024: Italy is known as the land of ice creams, and this gelateria is in a beautiful location in the picturesque village. We ordered eight scoops of ice cream, divided into four containers. Unfortunately the flavors were not good; the melon tasted cardboard-like and the lemon was more like water ice. Despite the beautiful location, a scoop only costs €1.50, but the portions are smaller than elsewhere. The woman behind the counter could have been friendlier. It is useful that you can pay by card here.

26/01/2025: very bad service!!! terrible food and very unmotivated staff!!!

26/01/2025: The staff totally ignored us for 10 minutes. Note that we were the only customers at the counter.... we understood why. It's not the first time I thought it appropriate to review. I would have given zero stars but it's not possible. I don't recommend going there.

06/10/2024: The cafeteria has changed management, now it's terrible. We had a spritz and a cuddle when you pay they ask you to eat? Yes, thank you and they will bring you a painful cutter, two chips and two toasted corn. Total 14 euros but are we out or what. Shop window completely empty at 6pm, never happened with the old management and high quality food. I WON'T EVEN GO FOR A COFFEE ANYMORE. You can't see a window like this inside a shopping center

07/09/2024: Total chaos the service! No coordination...half the order at the table, a quarter at the counter and the other quarter at the cash register (unaware of the previous ones). In short, I spent a fortune on 2 cups and a crepes, I repeated the same things to 4 different people, not by my own will, but because it was always a reference to someone else.... it felt like being in a public office. Goodbye

21/01/2025: Frequento il locale da diversi anni e trovo che la caffetteria sia veramente un must, il caffè mu una vera golosità in assoluto il mio caffè preferito insieme al pistacchino

14/12/2024: Esperienza pessima, io e mia mamma celiaca decidiamo di fermarci in questo locale entriamo e al bancone chiediamo cosa potesse mangiare e se ci fosse qualcosa senza glutine, la ragazza al banco sembrava che avesse sentito per la prima volta queste parole e ci dice che l’unica cosa che poteva prendere era una bevenda senza lattosio, io e mia non capiamo cosa centrasse il senza lattosio e il cameriere ci invita comunque a sederci. Ci sediamo in un tavolo in veranda e ci spostiamo in un altro perché l’aria condizionata calda a contatto con la plastica e con le piante emanava un odore poco piacevole. Sedute in un altro tavolo cerchiamo di scannerizzare il qr code ma l’adesivo tutto sbiadito e rotto non ce lo permette e così mia mamma decide di andare a chiedere al bancone. La ragazza al bancone alla domanda di mia mamma se il gelato contenesse glutine risponde dicendo che non contiene lattosio e mia mamma le risponde che il lattosio con e il frumento sono cose ben diverse e la ragazza rimane zitta non sapendo che dire, a questo punto decidiamo di andare via. Io e mia mamma non siamo per niente schizzinose e ci accontentiamo di tutto, ma in un locale e soprattutto in un bar è inaccettabile trovare un personale che non sappia la differenza tra le due cose. Preparate le persone che assumete con una formazione adeguata!
