15/01/2025: I ate there twice. The first at the end of 2024, service ok - friendly waiters, at the checkout there was panic at the word "invoice".
In 2025 it got worse, empty airport, half tables free, but "there is no place on the low tables, only high tables". At the high tables, however, you can only take takeaway and not order food such as pasta, meat, etc. Total nonsense. I pointed out that there were some empty low tables and was told "yeah but you're alone", as if to say that I would have occupied a table by ordering little. Scandalous, the other reviews confirm a downward trend for this place. The food is good but it's thanks to the kitchen
10/01/2025: Paid full price sandwich... too bad it was empty. Notified and shown to the shop owner who smugly dismissed me with useless sarcasm.

17/08/2024: Terrible food, 30 minutes to order and embarrassing prices. they think they are fed up with bad food. Two terrible and poorly filled piadinas. Not recommended
10/08/2024: We went last week for an aperitif, 1 Aperol spritz and 1 Campari spritz. Good, but too much ice. The waitress was kind, total cost 16 Euros. 8 Euros each too made that way. They didn't give us a receipt. .the rest of the holiday we went to other bars.

01/01/2025: The hotel is simply a disaster. Standard wiw 40 years ago. Rooms like army barracks. No air in the bathroom, it was only repaired 24 hours later. Power outages. Bathroom dirty, no shower tray or shower screen. Hot water takes more than 5 minutes to arrive. Food is always delivered cold.
08/12/2024: Don't come here! We are an artistic gymnastics team and we decided to stay in this hotel for Rimini partying for 2 nights. The avenue and the sign are dark and as soon as you enter there is no one at the reception. We waited more than half an hour before we could go to the rooms. You entered the room with the window wide open and it was very cold. One of the beds was missing a sheet and when the girl came to put it on she was losing hair from her head and throwing it on the floor with her hands. There were no towels for the shower. There was half a roll of toilet paper (there were three of us). The heating from the air conditioner only worked in some rooms and we only warmed ourselves with a bath heater in the room which made a lot of noise. By connecting the heater and the air conditioner together, the power went out throughout the entire floor. The shower was practically over the toilet without a shower tray and without a curtain to cover it and consequently the bathroom and the bedroom were flooded, practically unusable. Grumpy staff and they didn't even speak Italian well so it was difficult to communicate with them, on the first day we asked for the room keys and they replied exactly like this: "Selved dinner nine pelche pasta when it cooks, it cooks for everyone". Terrible food and the water they served us was from the tap.
If this happens to you, it's better to sleep on the beach🤙.

24/09/2024: Terrible experience, avoid!!
I stayed at the Hotel Diamond in Riccione from 20 to 27 August 2024, and unfortunately it was an extremely disappointing and stressful experience.
From day one, I have suffered constant pressure and criticism from the owner. During meals, I was forced not to stay at the table for more than 30 minutes, even when the room was completely empty (at 7:30 in the morning!). Every time I picked up food, I was scolded for the amount of food I chose, which was humiliating and very annoying.
I was told that the dinner time was from 7.45pm to 8.30pm, but I was forced to be at the table at 7.45pm sharp. I even received reminder calls while I was in my room, telling me to take away my dinner if I was late. I find this treatment unacceptable for a hotel that calls itself 4 stars!
To make matters worse, the hotel does not have its own swimming pool, and to use the swimming pool at the adjacent Hotel Royal (which is 3 stars) I was asked to pay €5 per hour. Even the use of the rather dated bicycles cost €3 per hour, although I was told at the time of booking that these services were included.
I strongly advise against this property to anyone looking for a quiet and respectful stay. A 4-star hotel should offer a much higher level of service and courtesy.
21/08/2024: HELP!!!!! You think you're arriving in a 4-star hotel as per the photos (not true) and as described to you, but instead it's much much less. It has nothing at all about 4 stars!!! At least honesty to give fewer stars! Dated, awkward rooms. Strong musty old smell, dirty and not soundproofed. Upon our arrival we found hair and fur on the table. Poor air conditioning, microscopic bathroom, small shower is an understatement. Balcony with view no comments! With a very poorly maintained, scruffy terrace. Poor breakfast, tables with paper placemats. Little cleanliness there too. To go to the pool you have to pay and only for a certain amount of time. Close enough to the center and the beach. However, not enough for what they offer you by paying quite a bit and then when you arrive you find something completely different! HELP NEVER AGAIN!!!!! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

16/10/2023: Had dinner with a friend, I had an unlimited pizza menu, he had an unlimited gnocchi and tigelle menu, decent prices given that you eat as much as you want anyway (pizza 11.90, gnocco and tigelle 13.90) but then I'll tell you the details, really poor quality cold cuts for tigelle and crescentine and a you have the comment for the photo of the raw meat which as you can see is made up of half fat and the other not, while for the pizza the tastes are decided by the pizza chef and not by me as I thought it was because in other pizza rounds that I have done I decided me, and therefore I explicitly specified that I didn't eat cherry tomatoes, salami, fresh cheeses, mortadella and what do I get? A first course of pizza consisting of: artichokes and sausage, mushrooms and ham, -salami- and margherita... then in the second course of pizza I get: mozzarella and sausage, radicchio and balsamic and -parmesan- and bacon.. . then as the third course of pizza which was supposed to be the last I asked if I could choose the flavors and initially the request was denied but after insisting he accepted and so I ordered half "buffalo and cooked" and half 'Naples' made up of " anchovies, mozzarella and oregano", for the Naples part I can't complain but after seeing the other half I understood that it was a really sad pizzeria, meanwhile from the photo you can see the NO difference between the mozzarella of the Naples part and the "bufala" mozzarella " which instead should have been in the other half... and then the cooked ham comes to me raw??? In 24 years I have never seen the cooked and buffalo pizza which is my favorite with the cooked one being served raw... so it's up to you to judge... I understand the acceptable price but at least a bit of competence and quality in the ingredients

12/11/2023: Ci siamo fermati a mangiare una pizza prima di un film al Victoria, abbiamo detto subito che avevamo poco tempo e abbiamo chiesto se era possibile.. la cameriera ci ha detto che non c'era problema e che ci avrebbero serviti in fretta e così è stato, servizio veloce ed eccellente, personale cortese, simpatico e tutti avvisati dei nostri tempi, davvero un'organizzazione al top.. difficile da trovare e inoltre abbiamo mangiato un'ottima pizza e bevuto un vino buonissimo e freschissimo.. addirittura anche il signore alla cassa, ci ha chiesto che film stavamo andando a vedere. Veramente non si può chiedere di più. Si deve soltanto tornare 🙂👍

07/09/2023: La posizione è vicina al mare ma lontanissima dal centro e dai vari ristoranti. La camera era pulita ma vecchia e poco funzionale, specie il bagno. Buona la colazione e il servizio. Prezzo non adeguato alla struttura, troppo caro

28/09/2024: Scandaloso, caffè pessimo, personale inqualificabile.
Due turisti hanno chiesto 2 cappuccini da esporto e gli é stato dato caffè e latte, lo hanno fatto presente e hanno aggiunto ancora latte, visto che il barman “INCAPACE” versava altro latte gli ho fatto presente che volevano la schiuma.
Mi ha risposto: lo so si é girato ed ha continuato a farsi i cavoli suoi, intanto aspettavo che qualcuno mi chiedesse cosa volevo, visto che aspettavo da 10 minuti con lo scontrino in mano.
Già i prezzi sono esagerati in più il trattamento é pessimo………
Povera Italia, siamo conciati così male ?
17/08/2024: La struttura sarà anche nuova, ma da parte mia avete rischiato una seria denuncia.
Ho chiesto una brioches alla marmellata e il personale senza comunicare nulla me ne ha data una alla crema. Se fossi stata allergica??
Servizio scadente....anzi inesistente....una tale mancanza è molto molto grave

26/09/2024: Sconsigliatissimo. x 2 bottiglie di Pinot Bianco Schulthaus di Saint Michael Eppan con tagliere 60 € . Carissimo non adatto da aperitivi.
