19/01/2025: La gentilezza e l’accoglienza c’erano e anche se non avevamo prenotato ci hanno trovato un tavolo lo stesso. Purtroppo però i piatti sono un po’ da migliorare a nostro parere. La pizza era molto acquosa e le cozze non erano di mio gusto (è anche vero che le cozze solitamente le ordino solo quando vado al mare quindi probabilmente quelle congelate sono così). Penso anche che non sia il cuoco il problema ma semplicemente la qualità degli ingredienti che per alcuni piatti può essere migliorato. C’era anche molta gente quindi suppongo che non sia facile soddisfare tutti facilmente. Tuttavia la location è carina ed accogliente e il personale ci è sembrato gentile e aperto alle critiche costruttive.

16/11/2024: Posto carino solo per dove è collocato!!! Cibo caro qualità pessima, proprietari arroganti, lagnosi, maleducati e presuntuosi. Modi con i collaboratori irrispettoso.

25/01/2025: I purchased a couple of cigars over Christmas, both were dry. I returned to the shop, with the product substantially intact, to ask for explanations and I understood that the owner is not a cigar expert but just a mere trader. Fortunately there are other tobacconists in Bologna with friendly and competent staff who know how to handle humidors. I am writing the review now because the owner promised to contact the agent who supplies him with the cigars, to ask for a possible refund, but he never heard back.

20/01/2025: The price is expensive and we won’t sell you what you want. We only sell what your boss wants to sell you and the price is higher than elsewhere.

28/01/2025: An obscenity. Kebab with raw piadina left open in foil. Never again. For 7 euros, just a stone's throw away in Piazza dell'Unità or in front of the station, they do it 10 times better.

18/10/2024: Very good kebab and the owner was very kind. It's a shame about the location. It would take a little work but all in all it's a great place.

03/12/2024: I always see this restaurant while I'm heading to the station or on my way home after returning by train, intrigued by the specific "Italian-Chinese cuisine". A short time ago, then, I discovered that it also offered the possibility of home delivery, so that's what I decided. The Glovo rider must not have been particularly delicate, but the packaging was also not safe, because the sauce from the sweet and sour pork spread, in part, throughout the entire bag. It wasn't pleasant to clean up everything, but that alone isn't enough to make me give it an extremely low rating, because all the dishes, apart from the tasteless wanton soup, were extremely delicious. I particularly congratulate the grilled ravioli, among the best and most full-bodied I have ever tasted. The pork, fried duck and spring roll are also very good. I'll probably be more careful about what to order, but having to deal with goodness like this I don't feel like giving up on this place a priori. If it happens, I will gladly eat his dishes again.

08/02/2025: Esperienza terrificante! Al bancone riprendo incredula il barista che mi prepara una spremuta "senza guanti" con taglio in un dito.... Stiamo scherzando? Bisogna fare attenzione in un pubblico esercizio... Chi somministra cibo in questo modo! Si e' pure offeso... Dicendo che al limite ne avrebbe fatta un 'altra e che taglio si stava chiudendo!!!!!!! Premetto che e' un bar che frequento quando vado a ferrara!!! Mai piu! Per evitare polemiche inutili sono uscita!

02/01/2025: Eravamo in 4 persone, abbiamo preso 4 menù da 10€. Tutto bene e buono ma non mi ha stupito abbastanza per mettere 5 stelle.

12/10/2024: Experience not to be repeated. Absurd waiting times, disoriented staff who were also arrogant and rude in their responses. Prices definitely above the norm. We only drank some beers because the pizzas didn't arrive and we also paid the cover charge. Staff who do not speak Italian and are absolutely untrained.

22/09/2024: We spent two days at Michele's, maximum hospitality, delicious pizzas, we ate the only fried pizza in the world, I recommend everyone to go and eat in this wonderful pizzeria, thanks for everything, see you soon

20/02/2025: Nice & cosy restaurant in the arrivals hall. Arabi (the waiter) offers friendly & attentive service. Food is good too.

09/02/2025: The lady working here was incredibly rude, some of the actions led me to believe that the attitude was due to be not being from the local area/country, after this encounter I walked away without making a purchase. I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing from here as there are many other options upstairs and through security for the same price/cheaper and without abusive staff.

09/01/2025: Locale accogliente. Personale disponibile e gentile. La cucina, spazia da pietanze tradizionali a menù di pesce. Piacevole anche la pizza. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

03/01/2025: Pausa pranzo in questo ristorante in centro, la sala in cui ci hanno fatto accomodare era veramente piena e i tavoli eccessivamente vicini con sensazione di soffocare. Peccato che avessero a disposizione altre sale in cui la distanza era normale e c'erano solo due tavoli occupati...perchè costringere le persone a mangiare strette come sardine?? devo purtroppo dire che questa sensazione ha condizionato il mio pranzo e non ho gustato la pizza che ho scelto. Mi dispiace non tornerò.

20/01/2025: Ordered super mini cream cannon which arrived with pistachio. Two coffees, a cannon and a bottle of water, 8 euros and thank goodness we are thieves in Milan. Furthermore, the staff is not very kind. It's a shame because I love Parma for various reasons

03/01/2025: La scortesia della titolare/cassiera ci ha fatto sentire a disagio. Le cameriere in sala attente e brave. Il locale è molto carino, ma ovviamente non ci torneremo.

03/02/2025: Sushi italianizzato e si vede. Non ha niente a che vedere con il vero sushi. Alcune cose abbastanza buone ma nel complesso non mi è piaciuto nulla in modo particolare, anonimo, sapore tendenzialmente tutto uguale e poco originale.

08/01/2025: Non mi è piaciuto. Piatti vari ma molti a pagamento, quindi il menu all you can eat non aveva gran che. La location ci sta, è abbastanza carino. Nonkstante questo, non consiglio anche dato che i piatti non sono buonissimi

09/01/2025: Serata di capodanno a Bologna , ci avevano appena "buttati" fuori da piazza Maggiore alle 1930 perchè l'organizzazione dell'ultimo dell'anno non è stata proprio impeccabile ed allora siamo finiti nelle viuzze di Bologna a cercare di capire come "sbarcare" la serata smangiucchiando qualcosa di interessante ed arrivare ad un orario utile per rientrare a bomba in piazza . Di locali ce n'erano a bizzeffe e noi dopo aver girellato non convinti , siamo finiti da Zamboni solo per caso . Però ultimo dell'anno , Bologna , caos generale , il caffè Zamboni dava un all U can eat a 13 euro a testa con buffet infinito e variegato (pure sushi e dolci !!) un tavolo al chiuso dove sedersi ed un drink a bicchiere pieno con non troppo ghiaccio . Quindi Rapporto qualità prezzo stracciato e servizio molto veloce e cortese . Non posso che consigliarlo.

07/01/2025: Servizio dei camerieri veramente scadente e poco professionale. Hanno palesemente sbagliato 4 cocktail su 7 e dopo averglielo fatto gentilmente notare si sono sostanzialmente rifiutati di farcene di nuovi e abbiamo dovuto pagarne altri 4…non ci siamo proprio! Per quanto riguarda il cibo dell’apericena anche qui non ci siamo, la varietà è sicuramente buona ma per quanto riguarda la qualità e sopratutto la pulizia generale siamo veramente a livelli bassi. Metà delle persone del gruppo sono state male di stomaco nelle ore successive. Sicuramente non torneremo più.

25/11/2024: Oggi sono stati lì a mangiare i miei genitori oltre al fatto che probabilmente la griglia utilizzata per la carne era sporca in quanto la carne era piena di briciole bruciate,al momento del pagamento dopo aver prenotato con the fork ed essendo in possesso di una Gift card da 30€ gli è stato negato di poter pagare con l’app con la scusa di non essere in grado di usufruire del servizio in quanto a loro detta sconosciuto sicuramente non torneranno

03/10/2024: Abbiamo portato bimbo diverse volte x vedere animali anche x stare nel verde mangiare gelato e acquistare i’loro prodotti però prima volta x il pranzo siamo arrivati e abbiamo notato troppi tavoli e li già avevamo dubbio x servizio Infatti dopo che ci siamo seduti è passato più di 20 min prima che arrivasse qualcuno ci hanno assicurato che almeno la pasta x bimbi portavano prima invece no ancora aspettare nemmeno da bere poi sono arrivati antipasti però pasta no insomma servizio pessimo sarebbe meglio fare qualche tavolo in meno e servire meglio comunque nn posso dire che il cibo ha ricompensato la attesa niente di straordinario una media

01/07/2024: I would really like to be able to give 0, or even -10 in order to lower the average of this pitiful place. I'll start by saying that in the summer, you can start to smell the smell of stale fish from Piazza dell'Obelisco, only to end up with an unbearable stench near the restaurant (yes, even with the door closed). I have never honestly understood how bars and shops that have the misfortune of having premises in close proximity manage to survive and resist the terrible stench of corpses that comes out of that place. In addition to this, the usual rule applies whereby the owner wants to show everyone how great he is but to the detriment of those who work for him. I have at least 3/4 female acquaintances who still have nightmares about the terrible work environment they faced. Dirty, expired food, preparations made INSIDE the restaurant that they could not have done due to hygiene rules. Terrible hours, with overtime of half an hour after half an hour to open and close obviously UNPAID. Psychological stress through the roof, especially harassment from superiors who from the first moment leave you alone to manage everything without training but paying you as an apprentice. Salary at a very ridiculous level, too low for the psycho-physical effort required. Toxic environment, both from a work point of view and from the food which is toxic and has gone bad.
