28/06/2025: Pizzas delivered 40 minutes late compared to the time communicated for collection.
At a certain point I realize that they leave the pizzas to cool while waiting for the kitchen to bring the French fries. Incredible!
Finally I take a pizza with rocket and raw ham, in the end delivered without raw ham.
Congratulations, you are a professional! 🤣🤣🤣
15/05/2025: We went to eat pizza on Saturday 10/5, wrong and horrible pizzas, even the bete was missing, we didn't know they had changed management!!!

01/05/2025: Gelato senza infamia e senza lode. Quello che meno apprezzo è stato il servizio: capisco che sia stata una giornata piena di turisti, ma sbagliare il gelato di un bambino che aspetta solo quello, non proporgli di cambiarlo, non chiedergli scusa e nemmeno salutare (dopo che tutto era stato regolarmente pagato), mi sembra troppo anche per l’esercente più scorbutico.

UNCOMMENTABLE sandwiches! Old, zero filling and expensive! €6 each! At the motorway service station they cost €7/8 but at least they are filled and fresh!
The gentleman who works there, in addition to being rude and not suited to being in contact with customers, also managed to burn the sandwiches!!!
Too bad because the location would be excellent...but managed like this...it could also close!

I go the first time and the environment and the taste of the sandwiches do not convince me much. the second time on 03/06 I decide to place an order from the internet but it is not even accepted, I call the place and no one answers. to then discover that the place was closed terrible professionalism I do not recommend.

18/05/2025: Vado con la famiglia per fare un aperitivo, faccio per ordinare alla cassa e mi viene detto di accomodarmi che sarebbero passati a prendere l'ordinazione, sto aspettando ancora adesso, locale vuoto e cameriere ferme a chiacchierare dietro al bancone con noi seduti davanti al tavolo aspettando i loro comodi. Rilascio la recensione perché non è la prima volta. A quanto pare questo è lo standard lavorativo

Tagliere in due con ,in sostituzione del culatello e prosciutto crudo.
Culatello e salame un po' troppo saporiti porzioni più che normali due fettine di prosciutto e culatello e 6 fettine piccole di salame 4 di coppa
Una birra e un thè freddo.
Il tagliere 29 euro una rapina mai più

08/06/2025: The redheaded girl is incompetent and a terrible professional. It took her 26 minutes to serve a cappuccino and we finally had to leave because we almost missed our flight because of her.
08/06/2025: The red-haired woman deliberately ignored us, and we waited 45 minutes for ONE coffee, which we ultimately couldn't get.

14/06/2025: The restaurant is cute and inviting, and is well located at Bologna airport. After finding a seat in the reserved area, I ordered a pasta alla carbonara and an orange juice. It took a reasonable amount of time to arrive, but it did arrive. After lunch, I waited to be served so I could order dessert and a coffee. After waiting an hour, without success, I gave up and left. That's because the place was reasonably empty, with few customers at the time.
14/06/2025: Very slow service, half an hour of waiting for two cappuccinos. The girl at the entrance to the area with the tables was rude and unprofessional. If you want to grab a cappuccino on the fly, don't come here.

23/03/2025: Uno dei pochissimi bar - tra quelli che ho frequentato - che fa un caffè avendo cura di fare prima il "purge" della macchina, una pratica che consente di bere un buon caffè senza i resti bruciati (e il gusto insopportabile) dei caffè precedenti. Non è una cosa scontata... Personale gentile, attento, ascolta le esigenze dei clienti. Proverò anche i dolci...
12/03/2025: Non si accorgono che ci sei, il tavolo bagnato l'ho asciugato io, ho dovuto alzarmi e chiedere se potevo avere un caffè . Il titolare ha trattato male delle clienti straniere alla cassa perché non capiva la loro lingua e quando sono uscite ha fatto un commento molto negativo ad alta voce sul suo parere riguardo gli stranieri.
Direi che farò in modo di non tornarci più!

30/01/2025: On 26/1/25 I purchased two tubs of ice cream via just-eat, given the impressive menu I expected the product to be artisanal, when then I was delivered ice cream in a 500g tub from the supermarket... for the modest sum of 7 € per tub as if it were from a prestigious brand... I strongly advise against it given the treatment received and the robbery received... do you want to sell packaged ice cream? Write it on the menu and be more honest, because a very ordinary tub of anonymous ice cream cannot be sold for €7!
