29/06/2025: I went in for a coffee 😊 nice guy.. then for the ice cream etc. I'll redo the review..

11/05/2025: The location and the place are not exceptional but the ice cream is good, certainly above average in the city.

20/07/2025: The hotel is in a great location. The rooms aren't the most beautiful, but they're worth the price. We had a problem with the light in the room, and the staff member immediately called the appropriate authorities. Friendly staff.

19/07/2025: I'll start by saying that it's not the fault of the staff, who are certainly few and left to their own devices. I arrive and the girl at reception doesn't see the reservation and wants to charge us, but then she resolves it... she tells us that: motorcycle parking costs €10/day, that the bike costs €14/day..... Obviously I politely refuse, but there was room for the motorcycle; where has the Romagna friendliness gone? But now comes the best part: Moldy smell in the room with torn and obviously used sheets that we have changed by the two poor ladies we see working all the time. I won't post photos of the sheets... But in the elevator... as soon as the doors close, it's dark. We promptly tell the lady at reception, who doesn't seem surprised by the situation. In the evening, it's just as dark, we don't take it and we receive no confirmation of our request to put up a sign... nothing at all. They know it's dark in the elevator and they don't tell customers... very serious!! The air conditioner in the room has a remote control that doesn't work, and the lady replaces it with one from another brand, which obviously doesn't work. The lady replaces the batteries and finally turns it on, but then to turn it off, we have to turn off the power to the room with the master switch. When we return that evening, the poor, only gentleman manages to fix the problem for us. The red carpeted stairs take you back to the Eastern European countries before 1989. I won't tell you about the shower, which works, but I want it to remain a surprise for those unfortunate enough to be there. One gentleman takes care of everything, but he does what he can. It's the general management that's a disaster. Poor employees.

30/06/2025: The quality of the pizza was decent, I've eaten worse, what I remember is the Glovo delivery guy who asked me for a kiss after delivering the pizza. Terrible

29/09/2024: I don't find it possible after years of "broken POS" to be asked what we would have consumed to be able to pay with the POS. No coffee, no breakfast. Payment with the POS is a legal rule and does not depend on how much you consume. I find it curious that in so many years no one has ever resumed this terrible habit of this exercise.

03/07/2025: Enoteca Comunale? For an aperitif, a very long wait, but above all, buy 2 bottles of Monterosso Val d'Arda - Colli Piacentini DOC 2024: as soon as they are opened, the smell of VINEGAR!! Poured the wine: dark yellow color and flavor of wine vinegar! 😤😱 NOT RECOMMENDED

06/07/2025: I still have to try the piadina and I'm already nervous. While I was ordering some rolls (they have 7 flavors counted) I ask for the possibility of choosing speck and they don't have it, I ask for gorgonzola and there isn't any, spicy salami and they don't have it... are we at a piadina shop or where???? I settle for the only 2 cold cuts asking at least to mix them as I prefer I hear the lady behind mutter "after these variations we won't take any more". I would have taken it and gone where they surely want to work and above all sell piadinas. After opening €8 of roll I'm even more shocked EMPTY. Change piadina shop

03/07/2025: Very small roll, not very tasty and that upset the stomachs of me and those who ate it with me! Also, when it was delivered to me, the waitress started by saying that I was lucky because hummus was almost never there, too bad it was high up in plain sight on the menu, why put it if there is the risk of not serving it?

25/05/2025: Rude staff, questionable food (carbonara with cream!) and prices not indicated by theft. Not recommended

24/05/2025: I'm giving one star only because you can't give 0! Inedible food, the carbonara was made with cream (my friend saw the jar of cream and the chef also confirmed that she had used it), my other friends took the cutting board and not only did the pinzini arrive much later, but they were also full of oil. A heated argument with the manager followed, especially given that a small can of coke cost €4.50!! In the end the manager even shouted in the birthday boy's face, going as far as threatening the others, saying that she would call her son. As if that wasn't enough, when we called to book they told us they made sandwiches, but instead they only had some first courses and a few second courses. Totally poor service, one of the most terrible experiences of my life. In the end it was my friend (just 18 years old) who wanted to clarify with the owner given the previous verbal aggression of the latter with words. Finally I point out that the menu was not present so people do not know how much they are spending until they reach the checkout.

06/07/2025: Very poor. Waiting times too long and poor, dry and very salty product paid way too much. We are not there.

02/07/2025: After eating a pizza at this place, I started feeling sick and vomited several times. I wasn't the only one: my cousin, who ate with me, had the exact same problem. Something in the ingredients was clearly spoiled (maybe the mozzarella). It is unacceptable to risk feeling so sick for a pizza. An experience to forget.

07/06/2025: Terrible experience, when there are problems at the cash register the staff - made up of bored kids - are totally useless. We are 3 friends, we go to the place at midnight, with a presale bought online at least a week before. We open the tickets, with the relative codes to scan, but my friend's doesn't work. It turns out that the ticket has already been used, as if she had already entered. The girl at the cash register, with a phlegmatic and unresponsive manner, informs us that nothing can be done. My friend pays the beauty of €20, WITHOUT DRINK (which costs "only" €12, in addition to €10 for beer/shots and €5 for a small bottle of water). Drinks, among other things, of very poor quality and almost miserable choice - they have 5 bottles at most. Oh, and I should add that the environment is frequented mainly by twenty-year-olds. So if you are a 26-30 year-old worker I don't recommend it. Again, totally useless and very unhelpful staff. First and last time.

11/06/2025: Average ice cream, rude, dirty and arrogant owner. I went with my mother to get two ice creams (apart from the fact that a cup worth 4 euros was given to me half empty, so also stingy). When it came to paying, my mother wanted to use the debit card. She basically took the card in her hand to see if it asked for the pin or not. As soon as she did this, the owner snatched it from her hand as if she were a thief.

19/07/2025: Erano state ordinate 6 pizze ma per sfortuna del nostro amico sono arrivate solo 5 pizze siamo convinte che siano state comunicate 6 pizze ma qualcosa evidentemente è storto, nonostante ciò la pizza non era malissimo e la qualità degli ingredienti è buona

18/07/2025: Peccato perché fino all’anno no scorso un locale dove si poteva cenare bene e con una buona accoglienza, quest’anno personale (uno in particolare) dire pessimo è fargli un complimento. Non torneremo più!!!!
