Al Valico Ristorante Bruschetteria In Verghereto

This is my third time eating here, and today I was thrilled to see the excellent cuisine and the staff's warm hospitality, not to mention the much cooler weather compared to a few kilometers before and after. Skulls to chef Enrico and the delightful and kind waitress Antonella.

We stopped in by chance, and although we were a little hesitant, we left pleasantly satisfied. The service was quick and friendly, and the dishes were simple but delicious.

I don't know about the rooms. The food (sandwiches) is decent. The staff is a bit serious, but friendly. The atmosphere is very cold.

Acceptable for a quick lunch. Fast service, reasonable prices. It was freezing in the restaurant.

The place's appeal, at least during certain seasons, lies in its location more or less at the highest point on the E45. It would therefore be the ideal place to stop for at least a piadina. The quality, to be generous, is quite average. The prices are quite high. If you can't wait for anything further, you can stop.

Al Valico is a genuine, traditional, and welcoming restaurant located behind the gas station, in the same service area, but at the back. This review is for the restaurant. We were welcomed and seated. The service was very friendly and the food was quick. The menu is varied, including very fresh fish. We tried the green gnocchetti with sausage ragù and the classic pappardelle with wild boar, served with seasonal vegetables, either pan-fried or baked. Chef Enrico, who deserves a special mention, came out to say hello and ask if we enjoyed his dishes, just like in a luxury restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and paid very little for the quality, which included fresh, homemade pasta and generous amounts of sauce. Recommended for those traveling to Cesena. We will definitely be back. Excellent location for groups, with convenient parking in front of the restaurant. The view from the restaurant is exceptional.
