15/02/2025: Pizzeria that I have known for a few years and the time has come to list some considerations: - the pizza is good but it depends on who makes it (there would be 4 of them if I'm not mistaken) - I have to admit that the dough isn't the best either because of the flour or the leavening, I don't know - inconsistent quality; it often comes out well, well cooked, sometimes undercooked or undercooked - ingredients tend to be good but above all they win in abundance, that's for sure - not always punctual especially during rush hour - staff as far as I'm concerned very friendly Point

22/08/2024: The piadina dough is good, but the filling is poor and above all low quality ingredients. They even went there twice to make sure they didn't get the "unlucky" piadina the first time! The price is a little high for what they put inside but, above all, it seems like you bother the lady at the cash register to buy a piadina there.

28/12/2024: La cantina ha ottime bottiglie li contesto in cui viene fatta la nascita è orribile poiché il livello di sporcizia è elevatissimo. I camerieri educati sono costretti a toccare cibo, maniglie, scontrini, ripristinare tavoli e a tagliare formaggi affettati senza lavarsi costantemente le mani e una organizzazione sporchissima. le insalate sono tutteconfezionate senza nessuna ricerca di Materia Prima decente rispetto alle potenziali bottiglie che potresti gustare.

22/01/2025: Absolutely welcome, excellent food especially in relation to the recognized price. In the evaluation I gave 5 stars to everything including the environment which some reviews judge to be a bit outdated, and it's true but in the end it is among the things I appreciated the most, or at least it contributed to creating that now rare sensation of atmosphere of the time, together with the fact that the building itself is historic, in the historic center of Modena, and then the name Enzo with some of his photos, brings us back to imagining dinners with the characters of a few decades ago. The other customers also seemed to be absorbed by this atmosphere, at least on this occasion, adapting naturally and at the same time contributing to making the context original.

19/01/2025: Niente di eccezionale…abbiamo pranzato qui per il compleanno di una amica con menu fisso a 38€ (“bis” di primi, gnocco e tigelle, vino, acqua, caffè). Primi nella norma, quello che invece proprio non mi ha convinto è stato lo gnocco fritto…secco, per nulla gonfio. Personale gentile, disponibile e accogliente.

02/01/2025: I can't help but share my experience at the Tramontana restaurant, which unfortunately turned out to be disappointing even though the pizza was good. We went with the intention of doing a "pizza tour", a fun way to taste different variations. But, alas, this promise remained only an illusion. As soon as we arrived, they welcomed us with a smile, but we soon realized that the hospitality really left something to be desired. After bringing us a couple of pizzas, and asking for more pizzas (actually one and only one more pizza), we were told that our "pizza tour" was not possible. Confused, we approached management to ask for clarification. The answer? A cold "it's not a pizza round", without there being a valid explanation about the service they were offering. It seemed like they had no idea how to handle the situation. The situation got even worse when they told us that, as it was already 11.50pm, they couldn't prepare any more pizzas for us because the oven closed at that time when they told them. At that point, my patience ran out and I got nervous, telling them I never wanted any more pizza. Strangely, after expressing my disappointment, the pizzas came out, as if by magic they had changed their minds. This behavior highlighted poor organization on the part of the staff. In addition, the music was so loud (as they say in Palla) that we felt like we were in a nightclub rather than a pizzeria. It was impossible to converse with my friends without shouting, which further ruined the atmosphere of the evening. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against the Tramontana pizzeria. The pizza may be good, but the poor hospitality, disastrous organization and lack of a welcoming environment make it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. If you are looking for a place to relax and eat well, better take a look elsewhere.

01/01/2025: Esperienza disastrosa per in nostro cenone di fine anno. 80€ a testa per un antipasto con due fettine di prosciutto crudo, una fetta di bresaola arrotolata e un a fettina di pomodoro con sopra una fettina di formaggio giallo e crema improbabile. Due primi: tortellini in brodo di cappone che non sapevano di nulla anche con la bustina di parmigiano ricevuta. Cannelloni di magro che sapevano veramente troppo di noce moscara. Tre secondi : faraona con castagne che salvo, cotechino e lenticchie stracotte e insapori; tagliata di carne con rosmarino buona ma arrivata fredda. Verdure inesistenti. Dessert una specie di tiramisu troppo grasso. Mandarini(due a testa) e noci (3 in due). Il peggio più peggio sono stati i vini , un rosso sangiovese e un prosecco per brindisi inaccettabili .Peccatissimo! Eravamo già stati nel locale con apprezzamenti diversi. Personale cortese e veloce, cantanti gradevoli e tanta gente in pista. Da non tornare

01/12/2024: What can I say... the pizzas are always delicious and we've been ordering from them for years and most of the time always late. They almost never respect timetables. I understand the weekend, I understand everything but not like this. I think I'll go to some other pizzeria.
