28/05/2025: Purchase of a cake for a nursery school. Wrong order (chocolate cream was used instead of Nutella as specified). Unforeseen event in the laboratory that led to the cake being delivered 2 hours late. I stopped by the shop to report the event (I had already paid for everything without objecting) and they replied that the order had not been placed with her and she did not know what to say. A "sorry for the mix-up" would have been more welcome. Prices are quite high

30/03/2025: Snack House 3 is now an institution in Rubiera. It is a historic pizzeria, I remember in the 90s when we went either to them or to Caravella... pizza without too many frills, the old fashioned way without the fashions of contemporary doughs and gourmet pizzas that make you shudder for the price, the result is an excellent pizza with an excellent quality-price ratio. Sausage and broccoli rabe for me the best ever! Go Pino!!

24/05/2025: New owner since spring 2025. Young guy who is really enthusiastic and making great improvements to the place. Made us fresh brioche buns in the morning. Stayed for one night with our caravan. Highly recommend having a meal and staying for the night. Could use a nice big sign at the road saying it's a camping place, to make sure you don't miss it!

12/04/2025: I'm sorry, but I found the price excessive. 70 euros for 2 people is too much for the area, we ate: 1 entree with a piece of grass and 1 piece of savory pie, 2 first courses each and 1 second course each and a dessert. In the area for the same quantities we have lunch for around 40 euros in total. From the reviews I expected to eat something more typical, such as mutton, but nothing like that. The philosophy behind it is beautiful but the implementation is less so. You cannot pay by debit card.

01/06/2025: I was in the area, I stopped to eat a pizza. The pizza was very good, shame about the price. I took a pizza for €7.5, with half a liter of sparkling water and I spent €12 It seems a bit exaggerated!!!

16/06/2025: We are not there ... I have been several times over the course of three years to this restaurant, initially it was excellent but lately it has definitely expired. Fixed menu practically the same every day and with dishes made from "poor" raw materials. Just think that the pangasius fillet that they offer at least 3 times a week, is nothing more than a fish caught in the Mekong, which tastes of mud and nothing more. At the supermarket you can find it frozen for a little more than two euros a bag. Always in the fixed menu until two weeks ago, they gave you the option of having a drink instead of wine, now not anymore. Either you take the wine or otherwise you go for water paying the same without the wine, or you pay extra for the drink. The last time I sat down at a table, there were no cutlery when they brought me the first course, I pointed this out to the waitress who indifferently gestured for me to get them from another table. They will surely lose a customer soon.

20/04/2025: The price of ice cream is €2.50 so it costs less than the others and it's an excellent ice cream. Wide choice of flavours. It's real artisanal ice cream. The best of the Estensi beach. The portions are really generous, the place is very clean both inside and outside, the waitresses are smiling and kind. I gave 5 stars because I can't give more Highly recommended

07/06/2025: In my opinion the best sushi in all of Bologna! Since I discovered it I no longer go to eat it anywhere else. The guys are always very kind and helpful, you can taste the raw material of the sushi that is of quality and the uramaki they prepare are special. They have a huge variety of options and the portions are much larger than average! They also have vegetarian options which I really appreciated. The quality/price ratio is excellent in my opinion for what they offer. It is true that the place is small but you can pick up take-away or choose home delivery which is very convenient. I hope it will reopen soon because it is our favorite sushi restaurant!
