Qualified office staff, men and women workers who work within the company Qualified and always ready for any intervention.. Company tidy but above all with TOP cleanliness, I DO NOT AND I SAY I HAVE NEVER HAPPENED TO SEE PROCESSING SYSTEMS SO CLEAN, TIDY AND EFFICIENT AS COIND... The management of the cleaning service is fantastic and cutting edge, but above all the services the toilets are splendid and fragrant at any time of the day... The canteen cook is a very kind woman, good and quick in service... From what I have been able to hear from the company staff, finally the upper management is at the TOP ..WHAT TO SAY MORE I FELT AT HOME IN EVERY SENSE ALSO BECAUSE I WORKED AS A COUPLE WITH A FANTASTIC AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE GUY IN THE ENTIRE BRANCH OF MECHANICS AND NOT ONLY ONLY I WAS ALSO ABLE TO MEET A GREAT MAN, FRANCESCO CARPÌ, A FANTASTIC PERSON AND PREPARED ON THE ENTIRE CORPORATE MECHANICAL PLAN.. WITHOUT FORGETTING THE NICE AND VERY PREPARED GROUP OF COIND MECHANICS WITH A VERY PREPARED AND VERY NICE MANAGER....... I HAVE MUCH MORE TO SAY BUT I LIMIT MYSELF IN SAYING, I HOPE TO BE PART OF IT AGAIN OF THIS FAMILY AS SOON AS SOON BECAUSE COMPANIES LIKE COIND CAN BE COUNTED ON THE FINGERS OF ONE HAND... THANK YOU

07/02/2025: Every time we are in Bologna, for years now, my wife and I have lunch at Ca' Pelletti retail Bologna Zamboni, because we have a great time: everything is delicious. The same was true a few days ago, on January 28th. We asked for two plates of tortellini. They were not hot and I asked to reheat them. The second time they were still not as we wanted them, but we ate them as they were delicious, even if barely warm. In the end I went to pay and the manager of the place asked me how it went. I told the truth and he, visibly sorry, apologized a lot. He added that their restaurant's policy in these cases is not to pay for the dish. I thought he was joking, but it was true. I told him that in Rome, my city, it would never happen. I would like to point out the absolute professional correctness and seriousness that I witnessed. 14/10/2024: Bought a quarter of a pan of cecina (chickpea cake) this morning at a cost of 10 euros. I'm from Livorno and I know what it takes to make cecina. A real theft.

24/09/2024: Let me start by saying that I don't question the quality of the oven. In the morning we ordered hamburger sandwiches, if you can call them that, which we then picked up in the evening. Moral of the story we had to buy the sandwiches again at the supermarket as the sandwiches we had been given were MINI SANDWICHES where the meat was twice as large! In the photo the supermarket sandwich compared to those made in the oven! Furthermore, 6 of these sandwiches cost a whopping €9 (total weight of 6 sandwiches, 300g). I would like to point out to the owner who responded to the review, which was the same as his, who told me that he had made a mistake in the leavening of the rolls, not offering me any other solution! So having no other alternatives I left a review! I would therefore like to point out that the sandwiches I received are MINI and certainly do not respect the standard dimensions you promised! If you don't believe it, I'll take them back to the oven tomorrow, so you'll have the opportunity to verify for yourself that these sandwiches are not your standard size as, I repeat, your own employee admitted! Congrats on your education!!

02/01/2025: In Piacenza they are definitely a guarantee! They certainly don't make you miss the Romagna piadina. Always stuffed just right, the kids are always attentive and kind.

It's bad but everything else..... no comment, starting with the dark environment... broken lamp holder... refrigerator that cuts out the light, they don't have beer on tap ((!!!!)), pizza served on melamine plates. Ditto the coffee....on the €1 trays at the market, cups....without saucers, in short, just thrown there! Let's not talk about the "factotums" who passed in front of our table multiple times and dragged the bin....HCCP THIS UNKNOWN...

28/12/2024: Oggi pomeriggio telefono per fare un ordinazione da asporto. Arrivo 10 minuti prima dell'orario stabilito e le mie pizze erano già pronte...... peccato che come ho preso i cartoni in mano erano praticamente freddi! Morale della favola: Pizza fredda, panino con hamburger freddo e crema fritta altrettanto fredda . Evidentemente erano stati preparati molto tempo prima. Ho prenotato altre volte da asporto in questo "chiosco" ,ma non è mai capitata una cosa simile. Mi auguro sia stata una svista!

13/12/2024: Non mi è piaciuto il modo di fare della signora alle ordinazioni, non ti guarda neanche in faccia e sembra quasi scocciata a servirti. Peccato, ma la cortesia viene prima di tutto.
