20/04/2025: Salvato in extremis in giorno di Pasqua quando il ristorante da cui avevamo prenotate ci ha lasciato fuori. Accolto con cortesia e servito senza problemi. Pranzo molto buono e servizio nei tempi giusti! Molto bello! Grazie!

15/04/2025: Sono stata qui i primi di marzo, una delle prime giornate di sole nelle quali si ha voglia di un giro al mare, ma ancora molti ristoranti sono chiusi. Borgo marina è stato una sorpresa. Conosco bene questa zona, ma non ero mai entrata in questo ristorante e devo dire che sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. Il pesce era fresco, il servizio veloce nonostante fosse pieno. Super consigliato.

01/06/2025: We have been going to this beach for 4 years. The beach service is excellent, managed by Ingrid, a beautiful, blonde and super smiley girl. The bar, on the other hand, changes management every year and today I had confirmation that they are being crafty... the price of the ice cream had 3 different prices and, lo and behold, he made me pay the highest. When I pointed it out to him, he gave me 50 cents back, but I recommend checking because he had already done the same with other customers for drinks.

20/06/2025: I am sorry to give bad reviews. However, this time I am forced to do so. The staff on duty were not very experienced, and not very polite. There was a plump girl who was anything but professional and friendly. The piadina paid almost €9, was literally miserable / not to mention empty of the required ingredients. I very humbly advise you to review the quantities and the staff a bit, The people sitting were very unhappy also about the incredible waiting times.

27/06/2025: I have the honor to be the artistic director of group of young opera singers from around the world who come to Cesenatico every year for 3 weeks to work on an opera, and to learn and hone their craft with our wonderful faculty. We found the Hotel Miramare at Cesenatico 3 years ago, and each year we are unable to believe how wonderful it is every year. Monica and Manuel are incredibly accommodating and are the epitome of what it means to have customer service, and have since become like family. As much as the program is impactful for emerging singers, musically, that we all eat so well, in a place that is so perfectly situated with ocean-views, is incomprehensible for many of our participants. The food, which changes every day, is so delicious. The fresh fish, the pastas, the pizzas are all absolutely top notch, but the servers which are some of the kindest most accommodating people around really do make the meal. Specifically, Cosimo and Antonio, who have been with us every year for 3 years, and who remembers all the faculty and recurring students, and treats our group of 25 (for both lunch and dinner) as never an imposition, but always is helpful, kind, and even joking with us! The experience for the participants is not only about the music, but about the environment, and with the entire team at Hotel Miramare, the Capo del Molo Restaurant, and the town of Cesenatico, I could not ask for a better environment to nurture and support these emerging artists! Thank you Monica, Manuel, Antonio, Cosimo, and everyone else who helps make this place so magical! We discovered Hotel Miramare in Cesenatico 3 years ago (Thanks to our Italian teacher!) and every year we can’t believe how wonderful it is. Monica and Manuel are incredibly helpful and the essence of customer service, and have since become like family to us. As much as the program has a significant impact on the up and coming singers, musically, the fact that we all eat so well, in such a perfect location overlooking the sea, is incomprehensible to many of our participants. The food, which changes daily, is absolutely delicious. The fresh fish, pasta, pizzas are all top notch, but the waiters, some of the friendliest and most helpful I have ever met, really make the meals special. In particular, Cosimo and Antonio, who have been with us every year for 3 years, remember the names of all the returning faculty and students and serve our group of 25 (lunch and dinner) without ever seeming annoyed, but always helpful, kind and even joking with us! The experience for the attendees is not just about the music, but also the environment, and with the entire team at Hotel Miramare, Ristorante Capo del Molo, and the city of Cesenatico, we couldn't ask for a better environment to nurture and support these emerging artists! 11/06/2025: Bonito lugar para relajarse y disfrutar de café o bebidas en la zona histórica de Bolonia con mucha gente pasando por allí. El servicio era bueno y disfrutamos de nuestras bebidas. Los precios están bien, pero ten en cuenta que también añaden un cargo por servicio.

12/05/2025: Unfortunately the quality of the food was poor, the spaghetti was overcooked, dry and not very tasty. The dough of the rolls was very hard, and filled only with carrots, and the grilled ravioli seem rather fried.

26/05/2025: Prima volta in questo ristorante prenotato da amici per una cena sabato sera, ambiente curato a partire dalla veranda dove si consuma l’aperitivo per entrare nelle due sale passando dal bancone del bar; il personale è stato altrettanto gentile e pronto nel rispondere alle richieste, dalla priorità per i piatti dei bambini ai consigli sulle pietanze. Partendo dal menu, l’ho trovato piuttosto banale e limitante ma può essere un fatto personale dato che in famiglia si cucinano le stesse cose, comunque l’antipasto non lascia molto spazio alla fantasia con i classici crostini misti o tagliere affettati e formaggi , fa eccezione il radicchio con uova e pancetta; i primi di pasta fresca sono della tradizione della zona e l’unico condimento “alternativo” al ragù etc. è la crema di aceto balsamico che sui miei “balanzoni” non mi è piaciuta; una nota a parte per i tortellini in brodo che sono sicuramente superiori a quelli industriali ma sapevano molto di mortadella ed il brodo era poco saporito ma forse è una mia impressione abituato al brodo di gallina della mamma. I secondi di carne prevedono essenzialmente carne rossa ed un piatto con il maiale ma nessun piatto con pollo se non ricordo male, o nessun piatto vegetariano; non discuto sulla qualità ed origine delle materie prime ma l’esecuzione dei piatti mi è sembrata casalinga ma poco appetibile per i miei gusti, in generale riguardo tutti i piatti dei commensali che ho assaggiato ma in particolare sul mio vitello tonnato servito a fette molto sottili su un piatto e ricoperto di salsa tonnata cosa che non mi ha fatto capire assolutamente il sapore del vitello. Dei contorni ho assaggiato le cipolle al forno e le patate al forno, entrambe troppo “stressate” nel senso che si perdeva il sapore originale degli ingredienti da quanto erano pasticciate. Tempi di attesa troppo lunghi, un’oretta solo per avere i crostini misti ed un’altra mezz’ora da questi al primo anche se per i bambini sono stati molto più veloci nel portare un tortellino ed una cotoletta. Sinceramente avevo altre aspettative dato che la gente di zona ne parla bene ed il locale era effettivamente pieno, i gusti son gusti ma la sala piena non è una scusante per la cattiva gestione dei tempi Infine, i prezzi non sono proprio popolari ma ci sta per l’abbondanza delle porzioni

23/06/2025: Overall, it was perfect except for the food, which was very repetitive and sometimes frozen (a shame). A plus for the pool bar, but it's only accessible after 3 p.m. or later. Hats off to Daniele (the handyman), who was very friendly and helpful. The pool was pleasant and heated (great). The hotel was very noisy due to traffic (motorcycles/scooters/Vespas) and also the people shouting and yelling on the main street bordering the hotel. The hot tub shown in the photos wasn't very exciting. Beware of the pool bar bill (inflated at reception) when you check out. There were no parasols at the pool (a shame). Avoid going to the harbor café (very expensive), and go to Via Dante instead. Enjoy your stay. I forgot; the owner speaks French very well, but the staff don't.

23/05/2025: Terrible experience. I booked in January and after 5 months they wrote to me saying that I had to postpone my arrival because the room was free the next day... I called and they also told me that I had to pay the deposit by bank transfer because the credit card is not sufficient as a guarantee for the reservation. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
