21/05/2025: Unfortunately, I have to report a decidedly negative experience. The place is in very questionable hygienic conditions: the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time, the floor was dirty, with obvious crumbs and stains, and even behind the counter I noticed dirt, in particular a corner between the window and the counter where the floor was completely blackened. The area near the drinks was also neglected. As for the quality, the prices are disproportionate to the offer: visibly packaged or frozen products, dishes served cold or overcooked, and a watered-down cappuccino. The service, unfortunately, made the experience even worse: the attitude of the staff - especially of an employee with tattoos and glasses - was surly and unprofessional. Some friends had already had a similar experience during an aperitif, but I still wanted to give it a second chance. I returned on May 4th in the afternoon, around 3:30 pm, with the intention of buying some bread, but I decided not to go in after seeing the same employee yelling at a colleague behind the counter. A real shame, because with more careful management and more trained staff, the potential would not be lacking. Response to the owner: I would like to clarify that there was no hostile intent in my review. However, as a person, I felt deeply humiliated by the behavior of your staff, and I feel it is my duty to report it to you. I believe that certain attitudes are not consistent with the image that a business like yours should convey, also because — contrary to what I have been told — I am not the only one to have had unpleasant experiences. Several people, in fact, have reported similar situations to me. I find the way I was treated unfair and unacceptable: I felt belittled and offended, even though I did nothing. I can understand the stress but these attitudes with the public should not be had. I hope you want to seriously reflect on what happened, out of respect for those who trust you every day.

20/02/2025: I had to wait 10 minutes for a piadina with turkey porchetta paid €6 and then only taste the flour and two very small slices of turkey (which didn't taste like porchetta but only the flour) €6 after waiting 10 minutes to eat an empty piadina 😡

04/05/2025: Peccato... Ed è una delusione... Un posto così bellino, e direi solo quello. Inizio che in sala c'erano 4 tavoli. Tempi di servizio come se forse servivano 200 persone. L'affettato e classico, niente di che. Per richiesta di fiori di zucchina, no... non c'è abbiamo, finito... Di già? E va bene... Passatelli in brodo? Menomale che non lo prese io... Da lontano è un brodo con maccheroni di ieri, mai visto niente simile🤢. Tagliata (sul menù un nome in gourme) 20 euro, servita sul una piadina del mulino bianco, con rosmarino... Fredda, gommosa... Con patate al forno sulla carta, ma patate fritte a sorpresa... Perché? Finite al forno... Portate insieme con verdure a griglia dopo 15 mi che mangiavo carne... Dolce? Unica foto che scattata... Posto non meritava memoria del cellulare. Conclusione: se dovete vendicarsi con qualcuno e posto ideale da consigliare. Io di sicuro non tornerò. È si servizio top, non sapeva cosa ha, cosa finito, sbagliava origine... Perché era stanca.... ###################### It’s terrible, what else can you say... There were four tables, they ate it all))) Pasatelli, that's tough... Liquid with yesterday's micarons, I've never seen anything like that in any restaurant 🤢. Taglyata, she still had such a confusing name... Cold and rubbery with baked potatoes on the menu but in fact fries... And the answer is why fries, because there are no baked ones anymore... It's over😁🫣. Well, yes, they bring it about 15 minutes after the meat... Probably for dessert... The folded photo will speak for itself, sorry, it didn’t offend others, I was in shock. Well, if you want to take revenge on someone, then this is the place to recommend. I definitely won’t set foot there anymore. Oh, and also the service))) the girl constantly confused everything, didn’t know what they had in stock... because she was tired)))

30/04/2025: Big flaw.... we were a group, some had the starter, some the second course and some just a grilled meat like me... which was served at midnight from 8pm.... Not even a piece of bread.. asked several times they waited for those who had had a starter then the first course..... and finally the second courses too... which luckily was very good... but an absurd wait.... I hope they organize themselves better....

02/03/2025: Historic restaurant in Imola. Discovered thanks to a friend, it's always a certainty, the cuisine is excellent and the staff makes you feel at home, as does the environment. The Menu is for all tastes. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants real cuisine and a real environment.

15/06/2025: As a true Santarcangiolese I feel like saying that in a place set in the heart of Santarcangelo it is blasphemy to offer bagged piadina....moreover if the menu says anchovies you cannot offer packaged anchovies, mostly not of high quality....the staff is certainly fast but not very friendly and attentive.....a shame for a place with so much potential.

10/05/2025: Very welcoming place for take-away pizza but if you want you can also eat there. Friendly and kind staff. I also tried the pizza with Neapolitan dough, the sandwiches and it was all really good. I highly recommend!!

01/06/2025: I'll start by saying that I'm sorry to give a low rating, but after several episodes that happened, I couldn't do anything else. The owner is special, very good and very kind, as well as the good choice of breakfasts (even keto, doubly good!). The real problem is the service: the waitress who should serve at the tables. It's not the first time we sit down, we wait 15 to 20 minutes to order, even after having called the waitress's attention: she looks at you, says "we're coming" with an annoyed look and... goes away, to clear the table (when there are other free and clean tables) or even to order at other tables that arrived later. Today, after 25 minutes and a table next to her that had time to change twice while we, after having received the usual answer (we're coming), were unable to ORDER A COFFEE... we left without consuming. We were regular customers but as long as there is a person like her NOT SERVING the tables, we will not return: I assume this is her goal, fully achieved... I repeat, I feel sorry for the owner but the bar was half empty and such unprofessional behavior is not justifiable.

06/06/2025: I came in because I needed to make some calls and get some water, I got up to ask for a pen and they asked me who was already at the counter to get and pay for the water, the table where I was sitting you could hear the toilet flushing and music and I asked to be able to move to a table outside away from people and the waitress insisted on sitting at the only table where they didn't serve with practically other people, so I took it and left, I don't know what is right or wrong I just needed to make some calls and get some water, I was already stressed out for sure but despite this I never answered badly in fact I think I was even too kind and obviously I didn't come out better, thank you

02/06/2025: After we made an order of 30€ the waiter came and started treating us badly and said that you have to pay immediately, the waiter was very arrogant and was racist. I do not recommend this place even if it seems very comfortable.

09/06/2025: Very sweet ice cream, way too much sugar for my taste. Plus my cone was impossible to eat. After 2 minutes of struggling to keep it from falling to the floor because the entire ice cream would move out of the cone every time I tried to eat it, it had completely dripped down my arm.
