12/05/2025: The cuisine seems to travel on two tracks. As soon as I arrived I was pleasantly struck by the embers placed in the room, the dated environment transmits tradition* but after ordering the soups things change the first courses ahead of cooking ragù just sufficient. The grilled meat arrives dry the thing that really disappointed me is that apart from a good express mini cut the other cuts dried in the oven coming out of the kitchen leave me wondering. At the checkout I am amazed 45 euros per person only 1 first and second course without starter without sweet or coffee. absurd, the menu prices that are published are dated and not updated with an increase of 70/100 not aligned with the quality of the price. It's a shame

18/12/2024: Un ristorante piccolo, non proprio Japan style, ma ogni volta che sono in zona Rimini è la mia prima scelta. Porzioni abbondanti, economico, e qualità del pesce molto buona, per la fascia di prezzo. Un po' troppe guarnizioni fusion, ma ci sta. Merita abbondantemente 5 stelle.

06/06/2025: Shame shame and more shame. We went for dinner 3 adults and 1 child of 2 years. We all had FOOD POISONING. All with vomiting headache. And the worst experience of sushi. The raw fish (salmon and tuna) instead of bringing them on a bed of ice, they brought them SO HOT. OVERPRICED. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Avoid this place

05/05/2025: Sono stata in questo agriturismo a pranzo di domenica. Avevo fatto una prenotazione tramite il sito. Che mi è stata successivamente confermata da una mail del ristorante. Quando siamo arrivati ho visto che c'erano tavoli apparecchiati dentro e fuori quindi ho chiesto di poter stare fuori avendo visto un tavolino all'ombra per due. Mi è stato detto che era prenotato quindi a malincuore abbiamo pranzato dentro. Abbiamo optato per un menu degustazione. Ottimo il prosciutto arrivato con lo gnocco fritto. Si vedeva e si sentiva l'alta qualità del prosciutto. Buoni I tortelli verdi con anche le crespelle. Ma classici tortelli verdi . Nulla di particolare nei sapori. Buoni se non altro. Secondo piatto buono con un taglio di manzo e Salsina sopra che lo rendeva molto gustoso. Infine mix dolci della casa anch'essi senza l'effetto woww perché dei pezzi di loro tortelli con un assaggio di crema pasticcera. Ma buoni comunque. Prezzo nella norma. Non posso dire di aver potuto gustare il tutto con il fascino dei colli in quanto non è stato così. Mi è dispiaciuto ancor di più notare che quel tavolino fuori è stato vuoto per tutto il tempo del nostro pranzo.. che ahimè poteva dare un punto in più all'esperienza vissuta. Magari una prossima volta potrò godere a pieno di tutto ciò che di bello si può offrire . Grazie comunque per la gentilezza nel servizio ricevuto.

04/05/2025: Approfittiamo di una calda giornata per andare a prendere un po’ di fresco nei colli bolognesi-modenesi e troviamo una cucina di confine. Ci accolgono con un piccolo assaggio di verdure frullate e subito notiamo l’unione tra tradizione e innovazione che si riproporrà per tutto il pranzo. La vista sulle colline dalla sala da pranzo ti porta a rilassarti e a gustare le prelibatezze: sformato di verdura su fonduta di parmigiano reggiano, gnocco fritto con prosciutto di Parma e Calzagatti con ciccioli. Proseguiamo con gnocchetti di patate, parmigiano reggiano, mele e aceto balsamico dove i sapori sono uniti egregiamente. Non riusciamo purtroppo a gustare il dolce ma ci fermiamo a contemplare le colline nel giardino esterno sorseggiando una bibita di fiori di sambuco. Servizio impeccabile. Torneremo per provare le altre specialità.

18/04/2025: I really don't know where some of the people writing reviews stayed - this is not the experience we had April 25. We stayed here for a week and had room 113. Yes the lift is small, ALL European lifts are small, take the stairs - it is only a 4 storey hotel. The staff were all lovely, everyone of them. The desk clerks in particular were very helpful and even opened the bar for us one night upon our late return from eating out. The rooms were large with traditional furniture, the bed was comfortable and king sized, we slept well every night. The TV in this room is a 28" flat screen and had only a few English speaking channels - who goes to Italy and watched TV in the bedroom? Palermo is a vibrant city that comes alive after dark. Eating out before 9 pm is almost a criminal offence. The bathroom although small was perfectly usable and as a 5" 11" 220 lb man I had no problems with either the shower or the WC. The shower was excellent, roasting hot and superb water pressure. The room was cleaned every day, bed made and fresh towels provided. We only had breakfast once in the hotel dining room. It is a continental affair with meats, cheeses and pastries, what's to complain about? As for the noise? The hotel is adjacent to a piazza with very little traffic. That said - it is Palermo, cities by their very nature are busy with more noise than your average village. Police and Ambulance sirens can be heard but not bad enough our sleep was disturbed. There are many, many very good restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Tondo across the road was pretty good and offers a 20% discount if you book online using the FORK app found on app stores. La Brace was the best we found, superb menu, very reasonable and excellent service.

15/04/2025: My children stayed with their team friends during a basketball tournament. We had the opportunity to view the rooms and we saw a truly basic and above all a little dated environment. We don't know how the service was or what the management is so I don't want to comment on it, certainly seen from the outside. The structure is not elegantly kept. I repeat myself by saying that in any case I didn't have the opportunity to get to know the management so it could also be of an excellent level

01/06/2025: Siamo venuti da Lucio spinti dalla curiosità di scoprire il lavoro dello chef e dalle numerose recensioni positive. Premetto che amo questo tipo di esperienze gastronomiche e che spesso mi piace avventurarmi oltre i confini delle mie preferenze culinarie. La cucina di alto livello mi ha insegnato che anche gli ingredienti più “ostili” possono trasformarsi in autentiche sorprese se lavorati con maestria e conoscenza. Perché? Perché sanno stupire e ribaltare i preconcetti iniziali. Con questo spirito, da Lucio abbiamo lasciato a casa ogni preconcetto, portando con noi solo curiosità e l’entusiasmo di essere smentiti. L’ambiente si presenta accogliente, con un tocco casual chic ben curato. Fin dai primi dettagli è evidente che il pesce, in tutte le sue declinazioni, sarà il protagonista assoluto. Noi scegliamo il menù degustazione per capire l’impronta dello chef. Un dettaglio importante: al momento della prenotazione è possibile indicare preferenze relative alle parti del pesce (quinto quarto), tuttavia, al nostro tavolo sono stati serviti gli stessi piatti destinati a chi aveva espresso disponibilità totale o meno . Spolier: Un menù e un approccio che non è per tutti i palati. Cosa ci è piaciuto - Eccellente selezione e lavorazione dei tagli di pesce. La materia prima è di ottima qualità. - Ambiente elegante ma informale, curato nei dettagli. - Gli antipasti ci hanno divertito - Porzioni generose. - Ottima carta dei vini - Cotture e tagli perfetti - A me personalmente ultima portata (unico primo piatto durante il percorso) Cosa non ci è piaciuto - I sapori sono decisi e identificano con chiarezza la filosofia dello chef, ma risultano polarizzanti: o si amano o si detestano. La proposta del menù degustazione non è concepita per accontentare tutti. - I lievitati, pane e focaccia, sono del tutto anonimi e da rivedere. - Lo staff è cortese, tuttavia Il servizio è stato rapido e attento finché la sala non si è riempita, dopodiché i tempi si sono dilatati sensibilmente. - Non ho apprezzato la sensazione che ci venisse più venduto un prodotto piuttosto che suggerito un’esperienza: è successo per l’aperitivo, le bevande, il dolce. - I prezzi e le tipologie di vino al calice non erano né esposti né comunicati dal personale. - Ci è stata offerta una bevanda senza chiarire che fosse a pagamento, scoperto solo al momento del conto. - Il dessert non era incluso nel percorso degustazione e ci è stato proposto a fine esperienza senza specificare che fosse extra. Personalmente, non ho gradito. - Non ci è mai stato chiesto come stesse procedendo l’esperienza, a eccezione di un’unica occasione in cui, manifestando un leggero dissenso, il cameriere ha minimizzato con un laconico: “Non temete, l’esperienza è quasi finita.” - Non abbiamo mai avuto l’effetto wow in nessuna portata. (A mio avvisto è quello che ci si aspetta da un ristorante di questo livello) Altre note - La presenza dello chef in sala è stata limitata a un solo tavolo, senza un minimo saluto o attenzione agli altri ospiti. - L’atmosfera e il sottofondo musicale è scivolato verso uno stile più da trattoria nel corso dell’esperienza - Nessuno ci ha chiesto un feedback al momento del pagamento, cosa che in un ristorante di questo livello mi ha sinceramente stupito. Conclusione
Lucio è senza dubbio un progetto ambizioso, che mostra un impegno economico e operativo notevole. C’è sicuramente attenzione e scelta nelle materie prime, e eccellenza nella cotture. Tuttavia, l’esperienza complessiva a mio avviso non giustifica il prezzo (circa 150 euro a testa) e non comprendo dunque l’hype intorno a questo ristorante A parità di costo, esistono alternative di gran lunga più coerenti e appaganti. Personalmente, non lo consiglierei e non ci tornerei. Peccato.

27/05/2025: Posto meraviglioso...sembra di essere su una barca.Personale bello ( complimenti a chi ha fatto la selezione) simpatico e ti mette a tuo agio da quando arrivi ....cibo ottimo e menu' facile da leggere .Abbiamo scelto un percorso personalizzato scelto insieme al ragazzo che ci ha seguito....cosa bellissima che il doce lo scegli nella loro pasticceria. Invito chiunque ad andarci da un semplice aperitivo fino alla perfetta cena.
