El Pan d’na Volta In Piacenza

I’ve just arrived Piacenza a week ago and don’t speak Italian. It’s my first time visiting Panfe. The staff were really nice and super friendly. I asked them to recommend some for take away. Everything they recommended is so good. One of my favourite place now.

The products were very good, but the sales assistant with the dark glasses was rather unpleasant and seemed quite annoyed by my questions about some products.

Excellent bakery/cafe. Really good pastries. Low prices (maybe because I'm used to Milanese prices!). Recommended!

Really nice and well-kept place, fully equipped. The staff is friendly and very kind! I'll definitely be back.

This morning I stopped in for a simple breakfast, a good croissant and cappuccino too, neither good nor bad. I have a small complaint: the atmosphere inside is a bit stuffy, the girl with glasses seemed listless and at times annoyed, not only towards the customers (and I'm not talking about the particularly demanding ones...) but also towards her colleague. I often stop for convenience, as it's close to my work, and I notice this too often, and it loses points. As for the food, nothing to complain about.

I was at your place this afternoon and I have to compliment you: delicious and creamy cappuccino!

We were here this afternoon. Congratulations to the girl who served 20 people alone in less than 10 minutes, even managing a group of (not very polite) tourists who attacked her over the prices. Having employees like that is a plus. Well done to the girl with the tattoos and glasses. And excellent products.
