06/05/2025: We have relied on the Donnelli Pasticceria with the very kind Mrs. Zita and all the entire staff for several years and as always we have been very happy and satisfied. The products are always delicious, both sweet and savory, without counting the first courses.......all the products are of excellent quality, impeccable service, very helpful, scrupulous and attentive so that nothing is missing. Pasticceria Donnelli is a guarantee you can rely on 👍🏻🎉 highly recommended!!!! Thanks for everything

28/01/2025: A pastry shop with a vast selection that you can't find anywhere else: pastries....cakes....meringues...chocolate of all types and shapes.....and many other good things....I bought various all good things...babà with cream or zabaglione excellent...also got Saint Honoré birthday cake very good...I recommend trying it to believe in the goodness of the products.....

02/03/2025: The service was courteous and the ice cream was quite good but the portion compared to the price was decidedly much lower than all the ice cream shops I frequented.....

30/05/2025: Authentic Sicilian food: the arancini are fantastic! The couple owning the place are incredibly friendly and I enjoyed having a chat with them. Too bad that I only found this place on my last evening in Piacenza.

11/05/2025: Classic place where you go once and never again, 41 euros for 8 arancini, a small pizza and a frankfurter roll. I was almost at fault for not having a single euro instead of 3 pieces of 20, an embarrassing figure of a piece....... The cheese in the arancine was very acidic and the rest of terrible quality (3.50 each) let's remember. It is useless to respond to people's reviews by saying to use quality and fresh products, frozen and acidic arancini. A real shame, it's better to travel 15 minutes and go to Castel San Giovanni, you can find much better products and at a fair price. You won't find honesty here.

07/06/2025: Rude staff, then we had 3 aperitifs and an estathè (in brick by the way) because he had told us that only by having an aperitif he could give us something to nibble on so he brought us a "tagliere" so called.. with about ten slices of dry bread with a sausage on top full of flies! How disgusting! I pointed this out to the gentleman here, and he replied well is it an animal? It's a simple fly and he kept laughing with some friends sitting at the table. Horrendous experience and one that I absolutely hope not to live again. Having said that I would say either close it down because it's not your job or make things better. 🫣

22/05/2025: Wonderful!! They really pampered us. A wonderful service and attentive to all the customer's needs. We had an aperitif and they brought us many appetizers, sometimes even anticipating our needs and with a truly contained expense. A pearl inside Bologna!

29/05/2025: Normal Egyptian pizzeria. The pizza is good. Cooking is generally medium (it is not crispy) We took it to take away. The only serious flaw: they often get some orders wrong. We had asked for a "white porcini" and we were given a "white sausage". This has happened several times in the past. It is not pleasant

29/04/2025: Very disappointing place, a dish of fried hard squid that was inedible, we had it done again, but they brought back the same dish, ricotta but still hard The other course of mixed grilled fish was poorly done.. Service with many oversights. We had to ask for glasses. The condiments also come from the nearby table. (The oil bottle is inconvenient to pour, so much so that you end up with a greasy hand) Place not to return.

01/06/2025: Locale ben curato in posizione strategica e con un’atmosfera piacevole. Cibo nella media, senza particolari spunti, con porzioni piuttosto piccole. Servizio frettoloso e disorganizzato: dopo l’ordinazione principale, alcune richieste vengono facilmente dimenticate. Prezzi giustificati quasi esclusivamente dalla posizione. Esperienza nel complesso sotto le aspettative.

08/06/2025: Un pó peggiorato rispetto alla precedente gestione per organizzazione e servizio. Tempi di attesa lunghi: i piatti arrivano freddi. Camerieri un pó spaesati, non sembrano accorgersene.

08/06/2025: Il pranzo è stato fantastico! Il polletto alla medievale era strepitoso. Ottimo servizio, piatti abbondanti, personale gentile . Consigliatisimo.

01/05/2025: Ci siamo fermati con la famiglia per un pranzo abbiamo trovato subito un ottima accoglienza, personale gentile, servizio attento e veloce. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo dall antipasto , ai primi, al fritto, un polpo scottato buonissimo ! Anche i dolci molto buoni! Consigliatissimo! Anzi di sicuro ritorneremo!

27/04/2025: Ristorante di livello dove materie prime, servizio e ottimi piatti sono protagonisti. Ampia scelta dei vini, struttura adattissimo ad eventi aziendali.

I point out to the bartender that I didn't eat it because she's old and she replies "and dear it's Monday" Monday? So you have to give me the leftover pasta at full price? 03/05/2025: I heard about this pastry shop when I went, the staff welcomed me with great professionalism and above all with heart, they care a lot about making you feel included in a culinary world that until recently was, due to lactose and gluten intolerance, forced to give up pizza restaurants. They make desserts that seem impossible without these ingredients. Weighted in sugar, a beautiful presentation of desserts. I tasted a pistachio biscuit there, a delicacy, very kind to offer it to me. I bought two raspberry puffs, two custard cakes with pistachio and one chocolate cake, delicious!! And a really fair price!! Much better than Al Caruso

11/03/2025: I bought the birthday cake here for my mother, who eats gluten-free. It presented very well visually whilst clearly being handcrafted. It was a fairly simple cake in terms of recipe, cocoa sponge cake with two layers of cream, one pistachio and one chocolate, covered in cream and decorated with personalized writing. Much to the surprise of all of us who ate it, the cake was delicious, considering it is gluten and lactose free, it is one of the best bought-out cakes we have ever eaten. Balanced in taste, not too sugary and light. A marvel, and the correct price. I ended up here by mistake because I thought I was coming from Al Caruso, well... it was one of the best mistakes of my life :) I'll be back soon for my birthday to do an encore.

31/01/2025: Quick lunch. Place with too many tiny tables, impossible to put two pizzas, a beer and two glasses without overlapping something. Too many signs showing that the owner is tired of this job... Lightweight plastic cutlery that bends and does not cut. Obligation to clear the table and carry out separate waste collection. One euro cover charge. Luckily the pizza is good!
