24/01/2025: I can't speak for all the food because I've been eating the same brioche for 2 years. The brioche with the best jam I have ever eaten, a masterpiece and not because it reflected my taste but because there was an elegant and perfect balance between all the ingredients. By balance I mean that each ingredient is in the right quantity to allow you to savor all the other ingredients as well as itself. Unfortunately, this has no longer been the case for some time. The quantity of jam has become out of proportion, when you bite into the brioche the jam drips down the sides like in any bar, the jam completely soaks the dough making it soggy and making it impossible to taste. Quantity increases quality only in a poison, balance is the idyll of pastry making. I'm heartbroken.

19/01/2025: I ordered a cake for my husband's birthday following the advice received and I confirm that it was a wonderful surprise: the Carosello cake was delicious and very fresh! I highly recommend this bakery and this will be the first of many more cakes!!
