25/01/2025: Tried both pizza and fish versions. The first truly excellent experience: pizza with excellent dough, super quality ingredients and a price in line with places of this type. Unfortunately, we are now used to pizzas costing €13/15. The quality and research of raw materials and flours are ok, but are these figures worth it? For posterity... The second time we ate fish. It seems to me that a lot of attention is paid to presentation and a little less to substance. The plate with a selection of appetizers (€19), in a fairly small quantity, is of a discreet level, but there is nothing that stands out and could invite you to think "I'll get this again next time". Seared tuna sufficient, prawn fried in panko good, octopus tender but little flavour, creamed cod insignificant... nothing else noteworthy. Then scialatielli (fresh pasta) with seafood with yellow datterino cream. Pleasant dish, well combined, but maybe a few more grams of pasta wouldn't hurt. Apart from mussels, a few lupins and a ring of squid, a langoustine and a prawn, let's say that the fish was not plentiful. Attentive, friendly service, perhaps a little inexperienced. To conclude, I definitely recommend white pepper for pizza, one of the best in Reggio. If you want to eat real fish, this is not the right place, nor are 90% of the places in Reggio city that offer it. In my opinion, the significant cost of the dishes does not reflect a less than exceptional quality of the material.

11/01/2025: They are good, professional and kind. You can eat well from fish to pizza, from first courses to second courses. Very careful. They give excellent recommendations (which is what they should do in all restaurants to enhance their products). Compliments

04/12/2024: Historic place in Casalecchio, if you've never been, it's a must try! Don't be fooled by the external appearance!! Special coffees, good choice of sweet and savory, courtesy and availability are at home. It is possible at a table, in summer even outdoors on the porch. Also excellent choice of packaged products from major brands.

La piadina è spettacolare, come del resto anche la tagliatelle al ragù e gli gnocchi di patate. Ai secondi sono riuscita ad arrivare solo una volta e sono stato anche loro una rivelazione.

30/07/2024: Praise to the only performer in the venue. The girl who alone welcomes, accommodates, follows, serves the tables and finally spoils the 28 customers, including myself, guests of this Tuesday evening 30 July 2024 at "Il Pifferaio Magico" in Sassuolo. In addition to traditional Emilian land cuisine, it offers interesting and tasty seafood dishes. Since I've been going for tigelle, fried dumplings, cold cuts and grilled meat for 2 days, tonight I chose fish; fish panzanella with a base of diced cherry tomatoes, celery and fennel as an appetizer and cubes of tuna in a sesame seed crust in a yogurt sauce and a base of mixed salad as a second course, washed down with an excellent 375 ml FossMarai Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco. All the dishes are really good and therefore another praise goes to the kitchen. Location: refined on a splendid terrace of a 2-storey building in a pre-hilly area with splendid views towards other hills in the area. Fast service and above all.... ....very, very kindness and courtesy of the usual, one, only performer mentioned above. P.s.: it didn't stop even for a moment.. Recommended place for everyone. Total paid: approximately €40

02/11/2024: Consigliato da una nostra amica. L'arredamento è tipico dei posti di mare (bianco e azzurro). Abbiamo preso un piatto di gratinati e una "grigliatina" (con aggiunta di qualche spiedino in più). Solo un piatto a testa? Sì, perchè le porzioni sono veramente abbondanti per una persona, per cui ci siamo divisi i piatti! Qualità buona, bella scelta nella grigliata (triglia, mazzola, cappasanta, spiedino, sogliola, branzino, gamberone e scampo). Prezzo nel complessivo nella media, visto che ci siamo alzati dal tavolo sazi al punto giusto.

14/01/2025: Certainly the biggest flaw is the environment which is discontinuous. The menu is in line with many other proposals in the city. Fast and punctual service.

11/01/2025: Second experience, BAD. Grumpy staff, after exactly one hour and 15 minutes nothing arrived. She arrived and even acted presumptuous. What a scandal.

25/11/2024: Ottima cucina, atmosfera semplice e familiare, cuoca super. Anche il ragazzo e la ragazza sempre gentili e professionali. Consigliato sia per colazione che per pausa pranzo io ci vado da anni!

14/10/2024: Located in a small mountain hamlet. Small, clean environment with very good cakes and biscuits. For breakfast, tea, coffee or even a snack with pizza... Must try. 👍
