Rossopomodoro Rimini In Rimini

I visited one of the franchise's restaurants in Venice and then another one right here in Rimini. The pasta was cooked to perfection, the sauce well-balanced. The carbonara was absolutely delicious; I can't remember ever having a better one. The staff was also lovely and very friendly.

It used to be one of the best pizzerias, if not the best gluten-free pizza, but since they changed the dough for celiacs, the pizza hasn't been the same. Where it once had a high, soft, and thick crust, it's now thin and with a dry crust that's almost difficult to cut. The dough has lost its flavor, but the quality of the ingredients saves it, making it a decent pizza for celiacs. It's still excellent for everyone else, and they now also offer lactose-free and vegan options. The menu has narrowed over the years, but there are still several options, some of which (fewer than in the past) are gluten-free. In addition to pizzas, they also offer salads, meat and seafood dishes, and desserts. Celiacs can receive a discount on the dinner price if they are members of the AIC (Italian Celiac Association). The restaurant is large and seats a lot; reservations are recommended given the large number of people interested in dining there.

The gluten-free pizza was very good. The only suggestion I'd make is to expand the variety of gluten-free dishes. Since this is an AIC restaurant, as a celiac, I would expect at least the signature dish in the appetizer category, the mixed fried fish, to be available in a GF version. The dessert options are also a bit limited, with chocolate cake and tiramisu being the only options.

A lovely, welcoming atmosphere with high-quality dishes. Everything was excellent, but I found the tomato pasta dish particularly exceptional: well-served and exquisite in its simplicity yet harmonious flavors! Unforgettable! Congratulations!! 🙌🏻

The pizza was good...but the menu was VERY SHORT. You really expect more choice from a pizzeria. We were served after an unacceptable amount of time...and there were only a few tables occupied. The atmosphere was too noisy.

We had dinner at Rossopomodoro in Rimini and were truly satisfied! 🍕 Good pizza, light dough, and fresh ingredients that really make the difference. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is always friendly, smiling, and attentive, even at busy times. The appetizers are also excellent. The location on the seafront makes the experience even more enjoyable, perfect for an evening with friends or family. If you're passing through Rimini, it's a must-see for anyone who loves authentic Neapolitan pizza. We'll definitely be back!

Fast and pleasant service, with a smile :) it would be even more fun if they allowed you to sit outside between 4-5pm, but unfortunately 😔
