11/01/2025: Cena in coppia, l entrecode al “rosmarino e pepe verde “ mi viene servita piena di aglio. Segnalo educatamente il problema e chiedo se è possibile togliere l’aglio. La proprietaria a voce alta in mezzo al locale e con grande maleducazione ribatte che dovevo dirlo prima (anche se il menù non lo riporta) che è ovvio che ci sia l aglio (?!) e che ora dovrà buttare via un filetto per colpa mia. Il tutto davanti agli altri commensali e mi porta una tagliata di qualità inferiore. Atteggiamento inaccettabile per un locale di questo livello

28/08/2024: Nightmare ice cream shop, avoid it like the plague If I could give this ice cream shop zero stars, I would without thinking twice. Our experience was an absolute nightmare, from start to finish. We had ordered a box through Too Good To Go, but as soon as we entered the venue we realized we had made a huge mistake. The place is a real disaster: dirty, poorly maintained and totally unsuitable for food preparation. In the laboratory, we saw bicycles and McDonald's bags scattered around, amidst shameful filth. It's shocking that such a place is still open. But it doesn't end here. When we arrived to pick up the box, the owner didn't even have a clue about our order. It's clear that he doesn't even bother to check the reservations. We had to wait half an hour, and do you know what for? For two stale waffles, as old as the world. They didn't even give us a gram of ice cream, and they even had the nerve to put a note in the bag saying "Help us, thank you". Help you? It would be better to close this indecent mess and do yourself a favor. The owner then told us the usual story of making ice cream for 19 years. But if this is the quality he offers after so long, it is clear that he should change jobs as soon as possible. We didn't even dare try the "ice cream", because confidence was now below zero. And so as not to miss anything, we returned in the afternoon to get an ice cream cone that he had told us to sell for one euro. As soon as we entered, a middle-aged man looked at us with a funeral face, visibly annoyed to see customers. He started preparing the ice cream with incredible apathy, and when we mentioned the one-euro cone, he completely lost patience, refusing to give it to us. Shameful and absolutely unacceptable behavior. In summary, this ice cream shop is a complete disaster: dirty, run by rude and incompetent people, and with service that borders on scamming. Not only is it a waste of time and money, but you also risk getting something worse. Stay away from this place unless you want a nightmarish experience.

21/11/2024: It is a place that smells of ancient tradition both in the conviviality of the people who manage it. The cuisine is delicious and simply tasty. The soups are excellent and everything else is good. If you are looking for a place to drink well, the cellar offers excellent labels and eat in an environment that feels like a family of tranquility. It's nice to have a coffee or a good glass of wine while watching the card players who liven up the place. I would say a living painting in a Brignano of other times. Highly recommended, anything other than fast food. Group dinners can be organised. Fantastic.

23/10/2024: Nessuna sorpresa, solo conferme da un ristorante che ti fa sentire a casa e che ti guida nella scelta delle pietanze. Il problema è proprio l'imbarazzo della scelta perché tutti i piatti hanno qualcosa da raccontare. Pesce e carne, non si sbaglia mai, dai passatelli di mare alle classiche tagliatelle (anche nella versione scalogno) per passare agli ottimi fritti e alla guancia brasata che è una poesia, tenera e saporita. Benissimo anche i dolci, servizio top.

10/11/2024: Ci siamo seduti con un terzo dei tavoli occupati e abbiamo atteso più di un' ora per 2 primi ed un secondo. L' unica che si è scusata è stata la cameriera mentre, nonostante ci fossimo anche lamentati dell' attesa, chi ci ha fatto il conto ha messo in cassa 75€ senza una scusa e senza neppure il gesto di offrire un caffè. Cucina nella media, nulla di stravolgente.

01/01/2025: I had breakfast at the Alterego Cafe in Castel Maggiore and was satisfied. Located in the Le Piazze Shopping Center, the restaurant offers a welcoming and informal environment. The coffee was excellent and the croissants fresh and good. The staff was friendly and the prices were normal. I recommend this bar for a pleasant break.

11/12/2024: If salaries rose like the prices of croissants we would all be very happy. I got a cream brioche to take away. Now we have to accept €1.70 as the normal price for something that until recently cost €1... I thought, at least it will be very good, but no big deal. Other places in the station are better. Okay, now I know I won't be coming back

11/12/2024: We came in early for lunch but the Chef said he will accommodate our request. Chef suggested we try the parmesan eggplant and it was really exceptionally good! Thank you very much!

02/04/2024: Sono stata in questo locale in occasione del giorno di Pasqua. A differenza di tanti locali non c’era un menu fissò ma menù alla carta (che personalmente apprezzo di più) e diverse proposte “fuori menù”. Che dire…cibo superlativo!!!! piatti ben presentati e davvero gustosi!! Location intima e familiare e personale cortese e gentile.

17/02/2024: Siamo stati in questo piccolo e accogliente bistrot dall’atmosfera ovattata si respira profumo di casa!! Attività a gestione familiare e si vede cura del cliente è un bel menu della tradizione modenese con qualche tocco di rivisitazione in chiave gourmet se si soggiorna a Sestola assolutamente da provare CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!
