Ristorante Cinese Imperiale In Reggio nell'emilia

We had the pleasure of having dinner on a Friday evening at the charming Imperiale Chinese Restaurant in Masone, located in the province of Reggio Emilia. Already from the outside, the restaurant captures attention with its scenographic presentation: the entrance is adorned with a typical Chinese paifang door and elegant decorated wooden entrance doors. Once you cross the threshold, you are completely immersed in the authentic Chinese atmosphere: the environment is mainly furnished in wood, with enormous carved paintings depicting dragons and other typical Asian icons hanging on the walls. The lighting is masterfully curated, with decorated chandeliers and Chinese drapes that create an enchanting atmosphere. Particularly evocative is the glass floor area, under which there is a beautifully lit fish tank, which helps to create a unique and evocative atmosphere. Once seated at our table, we ordered some seafood soup, characterized by fresh and well-blended ingredients, which won us over with its authentic flavour, and some steamed prawn ravioli which was another delight: get ready at the moment with a dough with a perfect consistency and a tasty filling that enhanced the flavor of the prawns. Then some soy spaghetti with pistachio seafood which turned out to be truly excellent, enriched with a cream that made them deliciously creamy. For the second course, some prawns in foil which stood out for their particular cooking which made them tender and full of flavour, while the seafood casserole was a perfect combination of flavours, with a generous portion of very fresh ingredients. The fried frogs were a pleasant surprise: crispy and well cooked, with tender and succulent internal meat that would conquer even the most demanding palates. The service was quick, attentive and extremely courteous. If you are looking for a restaurant with an authentic Chinese atmosphere, Imperiale is the perfect choice for you. The evocative setting pairs perfectly with high quality food, making this place absolutely not to be missed.

A place from the 90s that takes you back or makes you think of China in some films. Large room divided with large booths, intensely decorated with colorful chandeliers and similar wooden pagodas, richly carved panels, everything rests choreographically on a glass floor resembling an aquarium with large fish. Cuisine similar in type to other restaurants but still good, medium-large dishes, service with friendly and attentive staff. Prices in line with similar restaurants. You can choose between Japanese or Chinese cuisine. Next time I will try Japanese cuisine Very convenient parking.

Very quiet place, quick cuisine, vast dishes to choose from, cooked very well.

Abbiamo prenotato la cena per capodanno, il posto è tipico dei ristoranti asiatici arrivati negli anni 80, secondo me comunque sul pezzo, la luce è calda e si sta bene. Ravioli buonissimi, il problema è stato il resto il riso era secco e sbruciacchiato e uguale gli spaghetti di riso, il vitello col curry non sapeva di curry ed era salatissimo come il resto dei secondi... In più ci ha servito ogni tanto una signora molto nervosa che diceva di avere fretta e posso capire ma non so tratta così la gente, non ci ha dato 4 secondi di tempo per capire dove mettere i piatti arrivati e ce li ha mollati con tono super scocciato, ma la ciliegina e che sempre la stessa quando volevamo semplicemente dirle del vitello al curry ha super scazzata risponde: "allora cosa vogliamo fare?" 😅 Non saprei per altro ho due genitori disabili anche per quello a volte non potevamo essere fulminei nel capire a chi andava cosa (abbiamo fatto comunque in tempi brevi) sembrava parecchio fuori.

L’unico ristorante cinese a Reggio Emilia come quelli di una volta! speriamo non chiuda! Consigliato!

Per me il ristorante cinese dev'essere così, quello tradizionale di una volta quando arrivarono in Italia con l'acquario sotto ai piedi! Piatti buoni, cucinati come da tradizione, i sapori sono unici.
