22/06/2025: Small restaurant on the road, we stopped after visiting the Magnani-Rocca foundation, it is less than five minutes away. Varied and interesting menu. Excellent appetizer of fried cake and cold cuts and capon sweets. Very kind staff. Price adequate for the excellent quality.

17/04/2025: It is one of those indispensable trattorias that you find in the Piacenza hills, perhaps even by chance. You're out and about by bike or on foot and the trattoria appears around the corner. They should be protected as if they were a social service. In our case (there were 4 of us), we arrived with e-bikes and ate some excellent cured meats as a starter (salami, pancetta and coppa), some cheeses to match, so whoever took the first course, tagliatelle with wild boar ragù and whoever took the second course, duck with roast potatoes (excellent). The managers are very kind, they set the table for us outside even though it wasn't planned, but given the sunny day we wanted to take advantage of it. Coffee, water, beer, a bottle of Ortrugo, 20 euros.

25/05/2025: You can't go to the beach and not eat at Mami's. Fresh pasta, lasagne, cappelletti etc... I did the shopping before returning home!!!! Quality food at a fair price.

15/03/2025: If you are a lover of fresh pasta and seafood flavours, Pasta Fresca Ma.Mi is a must-see in Lido Adriano. I tried the seafood salad, the spaghetti with clams and the tagliolini with salmon, and I can say that the freshness of the fish and the perfect cooking of the pasta made every bite a pleasure. The portions are generous, the dishes well seasoned and tasty without being heavy. The service is friendly and fast, especially outside peak times, and the place has a simple but welcoming atmosphere. An excellent quality-price ratio, considering the quality of the raw materials and the generosity of the portions. If you are in the area and want a well-made fish first course, I recommend it without hesitation!

A fresh and generous salad, a variety of high-quality and delicious pasta dishes, and a refreshing house wine. Very friendly service (Serena) and a very pleasant atmosphere. 01/06/2025: Vi devo proprio parlare di questa trattoria perché è troppo speciale. Sono stata spesso a perlustrare i migliori ristoranti dell'Emilia Romagna, anche molto costosi e ricercati, ma la trattoria Bar Ristorante Pedretti Severina a Pioppe di Salvaro, Marzabotto, è straordinaria pur nella sua semplicità. Cucina tradizionale emiliana, molta varietà di piatti, tutto assolutamente perfetto,l prezzi modici. Intanto non è facile riconoscerla, perché fuori c'è scritto "tabaccheria", e sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo. Dal primo locale spartano si passa a una sala semplice, all'antica, coi tavoli alti, sobria. Ma i piatti sono incredibili per la loro bontà e perfezione. Eravamo in 4. Niente menou, piatti raccontati a vista, per cui è meglio vederseli prima sul web. Ci hanno portato un piccolo piatto di salumi. Pane buonissimo. Abbiamo preso tutti un tris e sono arrivati 3 vassoi: tortellini alla panna piccolissimi, i migliori che io abbia mai mangiato, tagliatelle verdi sottili e al punto giusto di cottura con un vero ragù bolognese tirato, tortellacci finissimi con funghi porcini, dosi abbondanti per cui è stato come mangiare tre primi. Io ho preso il bollito misto, abbondante e tenerissimo, col pesto verde e il friggione, fritto misto di verdure (io le preferisco senza l'uovo e più croccanti), una trippa buonissima (cosa rara da trovare in Emilia), un vassoio per due di arrosti (coniglio, pollo, faraona), un vassoio di verdure grigliate. I dolci erano da urlo: una zuppa inglese meravigliosa e un mascarpone montato con panna e retrogusto di Sambuca, vaporoso e leggerissimo di cui abbiamo fatto il bis, limoncello sul tavolo, caffè, vino, due bottiglie d'acqua. 35 euro a testa. Ma se avessimo fatto un pranzo normale sarebbero stati 30 euro a testa o anche meno. Servizio discreto e gentile, molto rapido. La cameriera Alice (studentesse di antropologia) ci ha incantati per la sua grazia e  leggerezza (sembrava la dama dell'ermellino di Leonardo). Il padrone garbato e sorridente. Non sono mai stata meglio. Il mio amico, grande intenditore di ristoranti, è andato in cucina a elogiare la cuoca, estasiato. Io non posso che ringraziare.

02/07/2025: The lido is an awesome place. We are a family of four and had a brilliant afternoon here. The pool is great, lots of shade around the pool and the view over the lake is brilliant. A great way to escape the heat and balance wondering the streets of Varenna with a swim and relax in the afternoon. Our kids also swam in the lake right off the edge of Lido, perfect balance of swimming in the lake and enjoying the pool. The host was very personable and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend.

05/07/2025: Very nice service, friendly and attentive, and they also paid close attention to the order. Excellent freshly squeezed orange juice, perfectly warm espresso, short and dark, and delicious toast, all served outside despite the self-service counter. Both smiled and were patient, even when some customers seemed uneducated and cheeky. The atmosphere was great, both inside and out, and on the terrace with parasols, a mid-park setting in the city center. Plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch, and Sunday evenings. Very fair prices. I'll be coming again.

04/06/2025: LUNCH BREAK IN LUGO? BRUNCH? APERITIFS? For me, Chicco is the best there is. Welcoming place, always kind and pleasant staff, a family atmosphere that you breathe as soon as you enter. Excellent quality of preparations, delivery service for lunch breaks super efficient, convenient and that allows you to enjoy tasty and healthy dishes at the same time. The theme nights are also splendid. Highly recommended!!!
