17/08/2025: Every restaurant has its target audience, its strengths and some weaknesses, but like all businesses, it has to make a living. My review is more of a review of the customers than of the restaurant owner. Many people I know have been frequenting this place for a long time. It was my first time there, and I almost gave up after reading some of the reviews. A well-kept establishment, a sea view, an excellent wine list, and attentive and competent service. Various quality breads, top-quality olive oil, and salted butter—that's the beginning... And it says it all! The fish dishes are just right, well-cooked and flavorful. The mixed fried fish is delicious, but it's a clever dish... The only thing I can say is that it's too much for the eye and less for the substance, but it's the indulgence. AN EXCELLENT LUNCH FOR 75 EUROS WITHOUT MISSING ANYTHING. This is a restaurant!

16/08/2025: This isn't our first time at Maré, and it's always a pleasure. Enjoying an aperitivo right on the beach is an added bonus that few places can offer. The wide selection of drinks and the well-curated menu make the experience even more enjoyable. On summer evenings, the atmosphere is simply fabulous. Impeccable service: truly excellent!

21/08/2025: Excellent food, for both adults and children. In our 10-day vacation, we tried almost everything, and it was all very good, with generous portions. The service was excellent; we never had to wait, and the staff were very friendly and pleasant. I will definitely be back.

21/08/2025: Delicious food and cosy atmosphere. Had four different dishes and all of them were so comforting. Would definitely come back here. And they're open for lunch!

10/08/2025: Dinner included tagliata with porcini mushrooms, a side of potatoes, 1/2 liter of rosé wine, sorbet, and liqueurs to finish. Everything was excellent. Very fast service, really good prices. Recommended!!

11/07/2025: I had dinner at this pizzeria with friends. The interior is spacious and cute, with a bike theme. There's also a large outdoor seating area (on the concrete), both covered and uncovered. The pizza is good, maybe a little burned on the bottom, but nothing major. The service is quick and attentive. The price is a little higher than average. I recommend it.

28/06/2025: Sometimes the kind staff is worth more than the food. For a small observation the waitress in addition to apologizing did not charge me for a dish and also offered me the bitter, I think that more than that... Apart from the small mistake the rest was really excellent, I will return

11/04/2025: Found by chance while we were out and about for work. Went in for a slice of pizza and instead... what you don't expect.... The best cappelletti I've eaten in several years! Truly homemade by hand with the flavors of the past. Spartan but clean environment. (more suitable for takeaway. The only flaw is payment only in cash (but with a regular receipt)

29/07/2025: Don't come here as a tourist. We booked a table to experience a slightly more expensive dining experience in Bologna and were overall very disappointed. The restaurant looked lovely inside & out, and couldn't fault the front of house staff that waited on our table. However, it was clear that the restaurant was not very welcoming to tourists as was catered to locals. We ordered very basic pasta dishes and waited over an hour for our food with nothing offered as complimentary as an apology for the wait. The food was okay, but was not worth the high-end price we paid.

29/08/2025: Personally, I found the staff unhelpful, and the wait times were incredibly long. I wasn't convinced by the food either.

10/08/2025: Ivo Piada de Papo is a piadina place with a wide selection, special drinks and friendly staff. The space, furnished with high chairs, is more suitable for a quick stop than for a long, drawn-out dinner. The desserts are definitely worth trying - a real experience! A warning to the owner: if you continue to employ only one person in the dinner service - no matter how skillful and hardworking they are - you may easily lose them. It would be worth transferring some employees from other shops in the area to relieve the load.

27/07/2025: Agriturismo Rubbio is located just outside Modena, nestled in the greenery and surrounded by sunflower fields. The agriturismo offers traditional dishes and has its entrance from the park, which features a small lake and pool. La Tana del Rubbio, located in the same farmhouse, stands out for its pizza, which we found to be perfectly leavened and therefore extremely light. It's a thin crust pizza, but they don't skimp on the toppings, and the price is truly super fair. Special mention goes to the table service staff, who were always very friendly.

05/08/2025: The food is excellent, but what really stands out is the kindness and camaraderie the waiters have with each other, which is then passed on to the customers, creating a cheerful and very pleasant atmosphere.
