07/07/2024: Finalmente dopo decenni di ripetuti tentativi siamo riusciti a testare l'eccellenza di questo ambito ristorante.Accoglienza degna di nota per la cordiale genuinità.Il servizio ai tavoli è curato dai coniugi Colibrì in maniera impeccabile,l'originalità della signora,con il suo lepido fare rende i momenti del ristoro ancora più gustosi.Il piacevole giardino dov'è s'è consumato il lauto desinare era traboccante di volti comprensibilmente gioiosi.La nostra cena;antipasto di ottimi salumi misti,spalla cotta sublime,compagnati da gnocco fritto, cipolline in agrodolce,mostarda di mele cotogne e tocchetti di parmigiano.Come primi,tortelli di zucca 🎃di erbette e radicchio rosso e formaggio🧀,tutto naturalmente apprezzato.Come dessert uno squisito 😋 budino al cioccolato compagnato da un tagliere composto da assaggi di varie torte della casa 🏡 abbinate a 2 bicchieri di moscato offerti dalla gentile signora. .L'abbeveraggio s'è affidato ad un buon Malvasia secco della cantina locale Oinoe,una bottiglia d'acqua potabile e 2 caffè ☕️.Conto totale e convintamente probo di 90 euro 💶.Unico neo,non c'è un menù dove confrontare i prezzi e manco alla cassa sullo scontrino, tassativamente fiscale,non si riscontra il prezzo singolo delle varie voci.Comunque esperienza culinaria ed animistica straordinaria e a Dio piacendo arrivederci e grazie...

19/10/2024: Tuvimos la gran suerte de que Alexandra y Lucía fueron capaces de acomodar a nuestro grupo de 5 adultos para una clase de cocina a la hora del almuerzo. Hacer esta clase al comienzo de nuestro recorrido por Emilia - Romaña realmente ayudó a dar contexto a todo el trabajo duro que supone hacer pasta desde cero y nos hizo valorar cada plato que comimos durante todo nuestro viaje. Fue muy divertido que cada uno de nosotros hiciera su propio lote de pasta - compitiendo para ver cuál resultaría mejor y ser seleccionado para hacer los tortelloni (que ni siquiera habíamos sabido antes esta clase era diferente de los tortellini). Todos coincidimos más tarde en que este era uno de los mejores momentos de nuestro viaje, y recomiendo encarecidamente buscar Pasta Lab si planea visitar Bolonia.

28/09/2024: Hicimos una clase de pasta de tres horas con Alexandra y Lucía. Nunca antes habíamos hecho pasta pero nos explicaron todo claramente y quedamos encantados con lo que producimos. Una muy buena experiencia y muy recomendable!
