29/07/2025: Great, absolutely great, and even better. We had dinner here on Saturday evening. We decided to have pizza. It was truly delicious and divinely prepared. I highly recommend dining here: the owner is exceptional, and you can tell by the enthusiasm of her employees and how well they work. It's located near the station and right on the street leading to the square. Try it and believe it. 26.07.2025 A dinner with my parents again, this time as a restaurant. What can I say? Another big round of applause! You'll find nothing but exquisite food here.

22/07/2025: A lovely location for a break from the city. Unfortunately, the tent sites aren't great; the ground is very hard to pitch tents. We stayed with a nice group of biker friends, and it took us ages to set up our tents. The pool was really expensive. It's a shame, because there would be a lot more people swimming there. Many campsites include a pool.

27/06/2025: Nel 2025 ritrovarsi a non poter pagare ne con bancomat ne con carta di credito (circuito visa e mastercard accettato in tutto il mondo a Ravenna in questo chiosco no) fa ridere... anzi fa piangere. Nessun cartello esposto che avvisa il cliente, a piadine già cucinate arriva la sorpresa. Se devo girare con contanti (e per fortuna non lo faccio più da anni senza problemi) e fare un bancomat per pagare 2 piadine facendo 1 km per trovare una Banca vado altrove. Tempo 0 e ho trovato un altro chiosco dove ho pagato senza problemi e mangiato delle gran piadine. Tristezza assoluta 🤣🤣 Auguri 🤣🤣🤣

02/09/2025: I think it's hard to go wrong with the food in this area (as in many other parts of our beautiful country), but I'm convinced I made a good choice tonight. The gnocchi and cured meats with homemade giardiniera and wild boar tortelli were excellent. Thanks to the quiet evening, the service was excellent and the prices were more than fair. The terrace and secluded countryside location are truly worth a visit.

01/09/2025: I travel around Italy for work and eat out very often, but I've rarely had such a good meal. I ordered a tagliata, and it was the best I've had in years; it melted in my mouth. My compliments, and hold on to the chefs. Thank you, and see you next time!

24/07/2025: I came one evening with a friend. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The kitchen stays open until midnight, so it's a place where you can easily stay and chat without anyone "sending you off." We only had a drink, so I can't comment on the food, but such a family-friendly yet versatile and elegant atmosphere is a real gem in Imola.

21/08/2025: A few days ago, I received a coupon for a free Alaskan chicken breast through the Old Wild West app. Today, I decided to go to the Reggio Emilia location, located inside the I Petali shopping center, for lunch and to use the coupon. I arrived at the restaurant around 12:20. A waitress seated me at an unstable, rickety table, without offering me the option to change it. I had to hold it steady with my feet for the entire meal. After about ten minutes, my order was taken: I chose a Monterrey Chicken. The wait was about twenty minutes. When the dish arrived, I was immediately disappointed: the portion was visibly smaller than usual, the dish was cold, the potatoes were overly salty, and the chicken breast was burnt. The quality of the food was decidedly below average. After finishing my meal, I expected someone to come and collect my plate and ask if I wanted anything else. Instead, the waitresses walked by, ignoring me, only glancing briefly. Only after a long wait did a visibly annoyed waitress approach me and ask if I wanted anything. I explained that I'd been wanting to order the Alaskan sundae for a while, but no one had considered me. Her response was rude and argumentative, despite my polite and respectful tone. Fortunately, the person I assumed was the manager noticed the inconvenience and intervened professionally. She apologized for what had happened, and within minutes, I was finally served the Alaskan sundae. At checkout, the coupon wasn't recognized by the system. I had another five-minute wait. Only thanks to the manager's intervention, who manually forced the discount, was I able to complete the transaction. I left the restaurant at 1:36 PM, as confirmed by the receipt. In short, over an hour to consume a mediocre cutlet, four potatoes, and an ice cream sundae. Poor service, questionable staff attitude, and disappointing food quality. My only exception was the helpfulness of the manager, who tried to remedy the situation. But if this is the standard, the future of the Old Wild West of Reggio Emilia I Petali appears decidedly uncertain.

14/08/2025: Welcomed by the smell of sewage. Once we changed tables, we waited more than 45 minutes for 4 pizzas that were chasing each other. All this so that the pasta dishes arrived before the others, perfect for not eating at the same time or cold. However, the food was excellent 🙌🏻 . In short, we spent more than 2 hours at the restaurant for what was supposed to be a quick meal.
