La Vecchia Caserma In Pellegrino parmense

Very suggestive environment in an old barracks. Excellent food and very friendly staff. A highly recommended place set in the wonderful landscape of the Parma hills!

It is really an old barracks renovated in an excellent way, a beautiful view, good wine and the lady is kind and friendly.

A very pleasant surprise! During a motorbike ride, I passed by Pellegrino Parmense and noticed the place overlooking the street. The name "La Vecchia Caserma" piqued my curiosity and I entered. Ancient and historic building, tastefully renovated, with all the beautiful exposed stones in the interior, furnishings like the taverns of the past, and very kind staff who immediately make you feel at "home". I tasted two fish dishes; fried anchovies and scialatelli with clams, plentiful but above all truly excellent, washed down with a very respectable Malvasia Piacentina, of which I "stole" the label. To finish I chose the house "tiramisu", also decidedly above average, a good coffee and a final bill that makes you want to come back as soon as possible.....what else?!

You can't have lunch in the cold and frost... it's not acceptable to have such a beautiful and characteristic environment and lose all the chances of someone wanting to return, just because it isn't heated adequately. A pellet stove at the back of the room according to the owner, it should be enough....meh. Too bad because the rest is impeccable

Piatti strepitosi e pizza buonissima. Marzia la titolare una persona come ce ne sono poche e anche il personale è molto carino. Il locale rustico e semplice ma bellissimo.

Torta fritta superba, pizza con doppia salsiccia e pizza alla carcerata ottime. Andrea cameriere simpaticissimo ti metta a tuo agio. Prezzi bassi qualità alta. Tutto euro 22.50

Capitati x caso girando in moto, è stata una piacevole scoperta. Cordiali, locale informale, pulito, sembra di essere in un torrione. Mangiato bene cucina pizza dolce ..tutto molto buono. Spero di ritornarci. Complimenti

Locale caratteristico con muri in pietra e travi a vista. Ottima e abbondante la cucina come ottima l'accoglienza e la gentilezza. Prezzi assolutamente buoni
