22/06/2025: La Taverna dei sapori represents a point of reference for the province of Parma for its mainly meat-based cuisine. The restaurant is very spacious with the possibility of eating outside and inside. Our journey began with a mix of culatello, culaccia and prosciutto crudo, and a mix of cheeses; the appetizers were absolutely promoted. The journey continued with two different cuts of meat, very good but the low temperature of the meat should be noted. Average price, considering an expense of about 50/60 euros per person with wine included.

20/05/2025: Breve gita in moto con sosta in questa accogliente Osteria, posizione elevata molto suggestiva, locale semplice ma cucina ottima e prezzi veramente accessibili. La signora che ci ha serviti è stata molto gentile, pranzo soddisfacente, torneremo!

25/06/2025: We were at Officina del Gusto last weekend and we had a really good time. Excellent drinks, tasty and abundant platters! Delicious piadinas for all palates! Friendly staff and attentive to customer needs. We will certainly return to visit Davide and Roberta perhaps to try some other dishes from their menu!

I went to the restaurant for lunch, I had read the reviews and they were promising, I was disappointed by the food, in the tartare I found a salmon nerve and while eating a ravioli I found something hard in the middle of the meat, the sushi in a soy broth but luckily the cooked dishes were edible, particular service a waitress was bringing 10 plates and bumped into me with one, for goodness sake it didn't hurt me at all the plates were plastic but instead of bringing 10 bring less no ??, plates on the floor and a bin in the middle in plain sight where they put the broken glass... Fair price but I will never go there again...
