I had the pleasure of dining at this lovely restaurant in the center of Brisighella on a beautiful March day. The place is a gem in the heart of town. The food is good, and so is the service, considering there were only two kind ladies waiting tables, and they had very little time to properly attend to everyone, given the busy restaurant. If I had to clarify, I'd advise the owners to sanitize the glasses better. Despite having had them replaced once, all the glasses they brought me had a strong aftertaste of eggs. This kept me from giving it my highest rating, as I consider it one of the main areas for improvement. The smell of eggs in the glass unfortunately makes everything unappetizing.
Excellent restaurant, which we returned to the next day. The charcuterie, truffle pasta, and fresh broad beans with pecorino were divine. Delicious local and seasonal produce, beautifully prepared without being overdone! A warm welcome and excellent recommendations for regional wines. A must-try in Brisighella.

Housed in a natural cave, it stands out for its hospitality and courtesy. The food was excellent and plentiful. I felt right at home; the owner, incredibly kind, took such good care of us. Highly recommended.
