Piadina da Betta

13/05/2026: Passing through Sarsina in our camper, we were lucky enough to discover this magical place. While we waited for our piadinas to be ready, we ate fried piadina. Heavenly! Betta was generous with advice on how to reheat the piadinas in the camper and how to store them in the refrigerator if we didn't manage to finish them all. But in the end, there was no need: polish them off! Thank you for this fabulous sensory experience, for your kindness and friendliness. Highly recommended!

26/02/2026: We ate at Ristorante Biancospino on a Saturday for lunch and had a truly wonderful time. The atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing, ideal for enjoying a leisurely lunch. The food is excellent, with carefully prepared dishes and generous portions. You can taste the attention to ingredients and preparation. The service was impeccable: the staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and professional. A truly pleasant experience, highly recommended. We'll definitely be back!
