I recently went to Braceria Malatesta and I have to say it was a truly excellent experience! The meat was excellent, perhaps among the best I've ever tasted. I ordered a Florentine steak and a rib-eye steak: both were cooked to perfection, tender, flavorful, and with that lovely crust typical of grilled meat. You can tell they use top-quality ingredients and that the grill is handled with great skill. The service was spectacular: the waiters were extremely kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. They recommended the right cuts based on our tastes and were ready to accommodate every request with a smile. The atmosphere was welcoming and refined, perfect for a dinner with friends or as a couple. Highly recommended for all lovers of good meat. I will definitely be back!

A wonderful restaurant with a wonderful host and The staff was amazing attentive and polite . The food was like eating right out of your nonnas kitchen. The meat was outstanding The fish was outstanding, and the pizza was thin and crispy. Tasted like home. I’m being Italian that’s a huge compliment.

We stayed 2 days in Firenze, at a hotel around the corner from the trattoria. End of first day out we were super tired and hungry and we were recommended to eat at a trattoria. Soon as we walked into the place we were greeted with smiles. The place was lovely inside and atmosphere super chilled and friendly, the waiters were wonderful especially Giovanna. The food and drink was amazing and at a great price. It was so good we went back the following night for dinner again 👍🏼 I highly recommend this Trattoria for lunch or dinner, for families, couples and friends.
