The restaurant is run by a very friendly family, and we had a great time during our several-day stay in Florence. We stayed for both dinner and lunch, both for the quality of the food and the friendliness of all the staff. The food is excellent. The price-quality ratio is very good.

The true essence of tuscan cuisine is found in these dishes! If you left Florence without experiencing Da Giorgio's food you better book a last minute flight and come here before it ceases to operate (which may be pretty soon). Simply divine in every aspect

I don't understand the negative reviews. It's a welcoming place with kind and helpful staff. A little gem just steps from the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella. The place is small but very quaint. I had a T-bone steak (Fiorentina) for a more than fair price. Go there, don't be put off by the negative reviews.

The food was incredible and pretty cheap, and also came out really fast. The staff were really friendly to the point where you can have a conversation whenever you want with them. I cant recommend it enough!

Ristorante Trattoria Angiolino - Ai 13 Arrosti

20/05/2026: Lovely food, but chaotic. Had to ask the waiter more than once for items we ordered. Like the open kitchen so you could see it all being cooked.
19/05/2026: We bumped into Ristorante Trattoria on April 30 and had a delightful evening with fantastic food and wine. Overall, our best meal during our 10 days in Italy! David, our waiter, was helpful about deciding our order and was attentive all evening. When we return to Florence, we will definitely go back.
