A tiny, unassuming restaurant in the heart of chianti.. we were recommended to go here by our hosts and it was 100% worth it.. a family duo running the place. Great wine selection and the most tender bisteccha ever!

Amazing maybe the best restaurant during our trip. Food was outstanding and really authentic the staff still wears uniform, it's far away from the tourist streams staff doesn't speak English in case you need it there is an English menu. Highly committed mostly locals go here. Steak super great and much more value than in Firenze.

We were referred here by Filippo, the manager of our B&B, and had a wonderful time. Along with the usual quality and flavors of Tuscan cuisine, here you'll find exceptional cleanliness and excellent meat. The place is small, but perhaps because of the tourists who frequent it (who are much less noisy than us Italians), it's very quiet. Reservations are recommended.

Husband and wife owners. The wife was our waiters and the husband was chef. The food was excellent, I got the Tortellini with gorgonzola and pear and my husband got the steak. Wife didn't speak English but was very helpful. A hidden gem..

A quiet place, clean, friendly owners, very good food, I was glad I chose this place to have lunch. The prices are good considering that it is a sought-after area for the wines and food in the area. I recommend those passing through the area to stop for a snack. It is worth it. Congratulations to the owners for preserving the taste of the dishes specific to the area.

30/05/2026: Amazing steak. An exception among the many touristy restaurants in the center. The meat is delicious and the atmosphere is relaxed. A historic restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious wood-fired Florentine steak.
30/05/2026: One of the best! If not the best steakhouse in Florence! The food is excellent, from appetizers to dessert, everything is delicious! The staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable! I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Florence who wants to eat a real Florentine steak! We'll definitely be back!
