23/03/2025: Simple pizza restaurant but what we ate was really very good. The staff was kind and quick in serving.

07/03/2025: I took a matriciana, a dish with a strong, tasty flavour, it was a common pasta with sauce, then a caprese or should I say some slices of tomato and mozzarella, nothing else, then some agretti were tastier than everything else, cost within reach, next time maybe a simpler dish would be preferable, where they can't go wrong.

We ate very well, simple but perfect dishes, really good, we really felt at home, the place is simple but to my personal taste I feel like giving 5 stars because it is really welcoming, and also the waiters always with a smile and willing to meet any need, it's really the simple places that I like, you made me and my partner have a great birthday!!! 24/02/2025: Cené por primera vez en Il Colibrì hace unos 8 años. Ahora, cada vez que vuelvo a Roma, debo volver a Il Colibrì tantas veces como sea posible. El restaurante de gestión familiar ofrece platos tradicionales romanos (y más) preparados con ingredientes de alta calidad a precios razonables. Y, el servicio es siempre amable y eficiente. Para mí, esta combinación ganadora no se puede perder!

04/01/2025: Tomber sur ce restaurant par hasard dans une rue typique. Les prix sont corrects et les plats sont bons. Le service est top et les serveurs ont le sourire. Si vous avez faim arrêtez-vous !

30/12/2024: Esperienza pessima.Abbiamo aspettato più di 40 min nella strada, nonostante ci fossero dei tavoli liberi. Appena seduti abbiamo notato che la tovaglia era sporca con macchie evidenti. Il personale è disattento ed il cibo pessimo. La carbonara era una frittata e il guanciale era bruciato. Il vino della casa sembrava allungato con dell’acqua e di pessima qualità. Il prezzo era adeguato ma sconsiglio vivamente il ristorante. Un classico acchiappa citrulli.

22/01/2025: Se si vuole trovare la cucina romana senza se e senza ma, Domenico dal 1968 a via Satrico è davvero un’opzione irrinunciabile. Prodotti tutti rigorosamente provenienti dal Lazio (compresi i vini e i liquori) per piatti che nella loro autenticità lasciano la clientela davvero soddisfatta. Se andate in inverno chiedete di provare la minestra di broccoli e Arzilla o, se di stagione, i carciofi alla giudia. Ma anche gli altri piatti (di pesce o carne) sono davvero ben fatti. Ottimi il rapporto qualità prezzo e il servizio. Ultimo suggerimento: prenotate altrimenti rischierete di restare a bocca asciutta.

25/02/2025: Negative experience. The low level salsa group, only mess and noise and impossible to dance. Ate very well, but the dancing part is what it is. We have to settle for the Roman music scene which offers only this. Patience.

20/03/2025: Not the best place… Bruschetta with salmon was very basic, no seasoning whatsoever… Margarita described as a pizza with tomatoes, mozzarella and basil had one leaf of basil on it… Staff not very nice, would not go again, great location though and the restaurant itself looks very nice

22/01/2025: I went to eat at this restaurant during a village festival. There was a fixed menu and I must say it was all excellent. From the appetizer to the coffee. Dishes with generous portions and they even made us do an encore. Friendly staff and owner super helpful even for adding a person to the reservation at the last minute, despite the full house. Flagship of the historic center of Monterotondo. Super recommended!

04/04/2024: I have been going to this restaurant for several years and always leave very satisfied. Simple but really very good cuisine and fast service. The only flaw is that the place is a little dated and not even in an optimal position, it doesn't attract many people but I highly recommend it.

13/04/2025: Very nice location and excellent service, both in terms of timing and kindness of the staff. What lowers the rating is the quality of the dishes. In a large group we found ourselves tasting various dishes: heavy fried food, pasta that was more than al dente, badly cooked pizza... it can be improved!
