03/10/2025: Good location to people watch. Great food and drink selection. Nice friendly staff. Clean toilets. We have been here a few times over the years and it has never disappointed.

20/08/2025: Horrible service. The staff weren't interested of serving us. When we ordered Dolce menu we only received the pizza. After 90 minutes of waiting we finally succeeded in gaining their attention. They brought us the check and tried to make us pay for the tiramisu we never received. Don't go there.

16/07/2025: Non un vero e proprio ristorante, molto più simile ad una trattoria vecchio stampo per i locali che offre, per i bagni ritagliati in pochi metri quadri, per lo stile vintage a dir poco di sedie e tavoli, per la caratteristica posizione interna ad una via appena dietro Piazza Navona: Navona Notte, ridenominata anche Senza Fondo, ti permette di assaggiare ogni tipo di tipico piatto romano grazie alla furba quanto intrigante formula All You Can Eat (a soli 19.50€ a pranzo, 25 a cena e nei weekend/festivi sempre). Le pietanze vengono servite in piatti da assaggio, in modo che ognuno possa testare un po’ tutto, sebbene la qualità non sia delle più eccelse, anzi… Presentazioni rivedibili, gusti lontani da quelli della tradizione: se dovessi scegliere, meglio i secondi come il saltimbocca e la polpetta al sugo piuttosto che primi come la cacio e pepe e la gricia, mentre piu accettabili mi sono sembrate essere carbonara e amatriciana (piatti comunque più ricchi e difficili da “sbagliare” in toto). Servizio altalenante, dipende da chi siete serviti: c’è chi è molto professionale e chi è più “ballerino”, ma nel complesso reputo l’esperienza fattibile proprio per la formula che offre. D’altra parte, accontentandosi e non cercando nulla di particolarmente elaborato, qui con 21€ a testa a pranzo si può uscire felici, sazi e carichi per ripartire a visitare Roma!

20/10/2025: I absolutely don't understand all the hype about this place. It's a perfectly average restaurant, the food is adequate but nothing exceptional. I ordered the supplì (which cost €10, by the way) and got two small, burnt dumplings. If you talk to a waiter, you're almost met with a huff, as it seems like he's doing you a favor just by talking to you. Terrible service is an understatement. Never again, bye.

07/09/2025: Terrible service. They kicked us out and no one came out to see if we needed anything. We had to go in several times to call the waiter and order. When the appetizer with cured meats arrived, we asked for bread several times, but unfortunately it arrived when we were already at the main course. The waitress, after we came in to ask if someone would come to the table, gave us a rude answer. They ruined our lunch with the terrible service. I'm still waiting for someone to serve us at the table... Disgusting!

06/06/2025: Very cozy place, nice staff, very tasty food, I got to this restaurant by chance because there was no room in the neighboring ones, in the pictures in the reviews it seems that the portions are quite small but in fact the portions are standard, very tasty food. I ordered grilled vegetables, beef with mushrooms (I want to note that the mushrooms are not champignons as everywhere standard, the mushrooms look like honey mushrooms) very tasty, and ordered a Spritz drink. Average food, confusing service, a long wait, and a rude owner who, when we were late for our reservation, scolded us like schoolchildren in a confidential and arrogant manner, certainly not welcoming to customers who travel so many kilometers to get there. I can understand her handing over the reservation to others given the influx, but I don't understand being treated rudely, given that getting to the castles on a Sunday can cause a delay due to traffic. It ruined my lunch.

When we let him decide certain things, we were horribly ripped off. I went to this place to celebrate my birthday with an aperitif, at the recommendation of two friends who had already been there during the summer and had a great time. We arrived and were seated in a partially enclosed outdoor area, without any heating (considering the temperatures in Rome these days, it wasn't pleasant) on extremely uncomfortable wicker sofas and armchairs, with cushions so thin they might as well have been nonexistent. A friend asked for a vegan option, and was told they'd bring her the classic aperitif and she could leave out the meat. Another person in the group asked for a gluten-free aperitif. After a while, they bring us the appetizers, but the gluten-free one doesn't arrive. After 3 reminders and about 40 minutes of waiting, with waiters who barely speak Italian and don't even know what they're bringing to your table, the appetizer for the celiac finally arrives. It consists of a gluten-free focaccia, a plate of exclusively grilled eggplant and zucchini (they could have brought it to the vegan, but they didn't), and only 2 pieces of meat sushi. No cold cuts, no olives, nothing else. Everything was requested at least 2-3 times before it was brought to us. Terrible service, totally disorganized. At one point, I even feared they'd lost the cake I'd brought to celebrate my birthday because the waiter couldn't figure out which one it was. Ultimately, they even made me pay for cutting the cake for terrible service and a colossal embarrassment to the people I'd invited. I even went to the other side of Rome for a place like this... Never again!!

04/10/2025: Well, let's start off with the service. They kind of forget that we were even here. They begged us to sit down in their restaurant, but yet forgot that we were there. Not sure but looks like the staff are all In d ians, not sure what that's all about. The lady seemed to rush through our order. Then, they left us like we weren't here anymore. It would have been lovely to have been asked if we needed something more to drink as we struggled through their super dry schnitzel. The food, pretty decently close to German food, but not really what I remember from my time living in Bavaria. Overall, the experience was ok but the service needs some work. Ok, I'm writing this the day after eating there and my wife and I are deathly ill after eating the wienerschnitzel. Do yourself a favor and don't eat here
