We went on a Thursday evening for the famous carciofata, but I was disappointed by the small portions and the fact that the artichokes were only a small side dish for each course. As an artichoke lover, I would have expected a nice Roman-style or Jewish-style artichoke, given the theme of the evening. But overall, I liked the location and the service. We'll definitely be back.

The first thing that strikes you is the structure: a park spanning over a hectare, elegant and numerous rooms, classic settings reminiscent of grand family tables, and a care for space that makes it suitable for both intimate dinners and more elaborate ceremonies. It's one of those places where it's not surprising to encounter well-known faces from the Roman scene, footballers or celebrities, a sign of a reputation consolidated over time. 14/05/2026: Wonderful, one of the few real places left where you can experience the true Rome that's disappearing. The food is excellent and they're excellent. My friend and I had a great time and will definitely be back. Thanks guys!
30/04/2026: Don't worry if the place is empty at 7:30 pm; the Romans don't arrive until later – and that's a good sign. The service has a slightly understated charm, but the food is excellent, with sauces that are anything but ordinary. Truly Roman, truly Trastevere, far from the tourist crowds! And before that, don't miss Bernini's last masterpiece across the street in San Francesco a Ripa: the orgiastic face of the dying Ludovica Albertoni, in the left-hand side chapel.

21/05/2026: Bread was not good. Fried meatballs were just okay. The eggplant parm and carbonara were REALLY tasty! Great wine too! Cute spot
15/05/2026: A lovely Italian restaurant in the heart of the tourist area but without being overly touristy. The meats were perfectly cooked and very delicious. The pasta and appetizers, especially the artichoke and eggplant, were carefully prepared and tasty. Definitely make a reservation.
