We had lunch at this restaurant today.
The place is clean and well-kept, the staff is friendly and attentive (especially Gianmarco), and the food is delicious.
I recommend trying the squid ink tortelloni with cuttlefish and shrimp in a seafood carbonara sauce—a truly exceptional dish!
We'll definitely be back.

We loved stopping here for lunch after walking the villa. It was the perfect outdoor spot - super cute atmosphere, friendly staff and the food was excellent. This was the best octopus of our trip.

Even though the prices aren't exactly "the cheapest," I can say the quality of the food is excellent. Yesterday I went to lunch with Lara Popa, the three-time world fitness champion, and since she was my guest, I wanted her to try the famous "Roman carbonara." So, after a tour of Rome, I took her to Tivoli, the city where I live. On the recommendation of a friend and considering that she preferred to sit outside, I chose this place. In the end, it was a great decision. We ordered a Roman artichoke and the famous carbonara. None of us left anything on our plates, especially Lara, who follows a very strict diet.
P.S.: I'm sorry the lady at the restaurant was a little disappointed by our decision not to drink even a glass of wine, but Lara, being in full preparation for the World Championships, can't even smell alcohol.
I recommend this place. We'll definitely be back.
P.S.2.: an extra star for the waiter, who was very kind.

I recommend it, it's hard to find a free seat at lunchtime. The porceta is excellent, as it is a traditional dish of this region.

excellent food, thought of gluten-free options. The only thing was that they had a slightly confusing gluten-free label, for example on ravioli, but they don't make gluten-free option

The location in Tivoli’s old town is good.
We ordered the Spaghetti di Grano Real alla Carbonara (€20) and the Gnocchetti con Patate di Avezzano alla Barbabietola con Cozze Lago di Paolo e Pesto di Basilico (€20). It almost felt like the chef was in love – both dishes were unfortunately quite salty. The gnocchetti was more interesting, but also over-seasoned.
There was also a confusing situation with the service. After placing my order, I asked to keep one menu on the table, but the server interpreted this as if I hadn’t decided yet and that my previous order was no longer valid. As a result, the others received their meals while I was left without food. They did quickly prepare a Carbonara for me afterwards, but the spaghetti was slightly undercooked and the sauce was again too salty.
Additionally, the waitress clearing the table behaved unprofessionally, and overall the service felt rather cold.
In summary, although the location is good and the menu is ambitious, both the food and the service were a little bit disappointing.

The worst soagetti I ate in Italy. Hard and a small portion. Pure rubbish. I don't recommend it.
