A piece of Roman history. I thought it would disappoint me, I thought it was just another restaurant that thrives on its profits. Instead... I discovered it's under new management, but the food is excellent! Honest, straightforward cuisine! Everything is exceptional!

Everything was perfect and fun. I went to Grottino with my mom and brother and we were thrilled. The place was friendly, as was the manager. We'll be back.

My wife and I had a perfect evening at Grottino 1912. We started with an excellent egg with tuna sauce, followed by a creamy carbonara and textbook Roman-style involtini. The zabaglione and biscotti finale was the icing on a truly memorable dinner. Authentic Roman cuisine, just like it used to be. The atmosphere is quaint. We'll definitely be back!
