This family run hidden gem was our favorite place in Rome. Try the lasagna (both traditional and veg!), the steak, and a variety of home made desserts, the tiramisu being a favorite but everything was delicious!

A gorgeous authentic and local Roman restaurant. Felt like visiting nonna in the best possible way. And the Santa Cristina special zucchini pasta was delightful.

The best food I have ever had in my life. I like others can’t get the amalfi lemon pasta out of my head. Everything was perfect.

We stopped here on our last night in Rome. And I have to say I’m glad this was our last dinner. This cute little restaurant was recommended to us by our tour guide earlier in the day. His name was Shadi. Thank you Shadi for this!! We started with prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella. The next course my wife ordered the lasagna and I couldn’t decide so I ordered Cacio y Pepe and I ordered the grigliata mista. For dessert we ordered the apple dessert amd the torta caprese. Everything was excellent from start to finish. Our next time in Italy we will be coming back! Ciao!

We just finished the last course; it was perfect. The Tiramisu, the Lasagne, the Filet. We enjoyed every course. The 82-year-old owner and his 82-year-old wife both work full-time. Experience apparently pays off. What a gem of a restaurant with very fine service. Ali and Guli made our dinner a real treat.

10/06/2026: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The dishes were really good; we naturally opted for the Roman classics, with generous portions and delicious sauces. I highly recommend it.
09/06/2026: Excellent, abundant and homemade dishes, true and traditional Roman, long live Italy of good taste.
